I am a native Bulgarian, but my husband is American and we currently live in the US. We organized a little ski vacation for us and a few other friends from the US for the holidays in Bulgaria and I have to say, we couldn't have had a better time without the help of the wonderful team of Nikolanna. English-speaking, friendly drivers, comfortable journey around different local ski resorts and extremely professional attitude from the whole team of Nikolanna (having in mind that we had crazy amounts of luggage and all sorts of ski equipment) Strongly recommend for any type of travel!

We often use Nikolanna's services for our clients and they have always been in time and with perfectly clean vehicles. Very kind and communicative drivers and stuff. Highly reccomend them for high-luxury travelling and transfers.

Every single word of the representation of Nikolanna transportation company, including the information below the photos, matches exactly its vehicles and service in reality. I have been using Nikolanna's services for almost 4 years both for my business trips and for private occasions round Bulgaria and abroad so I dare say Nikolanna's team is the professionals everyone in the business world should be.

Super friendly staff, taking care of our whole trip which was wonderful, the bus was new, excellent hygiene of the bus, there is wifi, sockets for laptop and phone and a coffee machine, nice music sounds while you travel, it was an unforgettable experience and I recommend NIKOLANNA for your trip , for sure we will repeat and repeat!

Always on time and the vehicles are new and clean. Staff is extremely helpful. Probably the best transportation servies in the city and perhaps nationwide. 10/10 recommend!

The driver was kind and professional. The vehicle itself had an elegant and in my opinion clean interior and the seat where I was sitting was comfortable. My height is around 6′3 and I found that there was enough space for my legs. I recommend this service.

As a tour-guide I have rich experience with buses and drivers, but using the services of Nikolanna has exceeded my expectations. From the beginning of our trip we could feel the personal attitude and no efforts were spared in order to satisfy all our needs. Since we had to visit archaeological sites and museums scattered all over the country and our schedule was rather tight, the driver Nikolay made everything possible and impossible to take us everywhere on time, helped us with the choice of restaurants and actually turned out to be one of the most efficient and reliable members of our team. So if you want to have an unforgettable experience in Bulgaria, I strongly recommend choosing Nikolanna for your partner.
