Loooooved it! I don't really care for graffiti/street art, only went to accompany my partner. However, I absolutely loved it. Our tour guide Boryana was very knowledgable, she told us stories behind each art piece, the artists, and the history. The graffiti was all amazing. Definitely a pleasant experience.

The guide is a street artist so he was very knowledgeable, and I liked that he explained the basic terminology to us and also the difference between graffiti and street art. He walked us around some of the main pieces of street art in the city and at each one he gave us an explanation such as who created it, how long it took, and the background of that particular street artist. Some of the street art we saw was incredible.

Highly recommended!!

We stumbled across this perfect tour. It's great, since it's in the early evening, when everything starts to close. You get a perfect guide and you see some nice art. A perfect closing activity for your evening.

The guide is also well informed and passionate about the art. Would do it again.

If you're not interested in oil paintings of family portraits you don't need to know, depictions of men in strange uniforms, or hunting still lifes with dead animals, the Sofia Graffiti Tour is the tour for you.

I am very grateful to Tsvetan, our tour guide, for making the tour possible at short notice. He has a deep knowledge about culture and sub-culture of graffiti and street art in general and about Sofia specifically.

My big thanks to Tsvetan and my very special recommendation for this tour.

We did this tour with Dara.
It was very nice.
After the end of the tour there was some exhibition nad we were invited to visit it.

I would call the more street art than graffiti. Once I was told, that graffiti is illegal paintings. While the majority of the paintings were legal ones.

It was such a fun experience walking around the city and chatting with a small group of people from all over the world and with our guide of course. Our guide was such a warm, welcoming, wise person who taught us a lot of interesting information about Sofia from the perspective of a local. He also tried his best to make the tour enjoyable for everyone, which he was very successful at. I would definitely take the tour again to refresh the informations I learned and to experience the tour again, if I visit Sofia again one day.

A new and very interesting perspective of Sofia and of Graffiti - from an expert. We saw new places off Sofia - not seen before and understood the Graffiti as a street art and art in general. Was worth to go and see. Highly recommended

In short: take your time and tour the streets of Bulgaria(mainly Sofia). Because of the COVID-19 lockdown the format is online. But it doesn't make the tour less engaging. There is a lot of good photographic material about the history of graffiti. How it started in Bulgaria till present. All the artist are given credits so you can find them on social media. You can collaborate via chat or voice with the group(don't be shy). All in all it's a nice tour that might inspire you to become a toy and start drawing your own tag or bomb.

Sofia graffiti tour was a great experience! Interesting facts, street art, graffiti that you get to see in a less obvious part of Sofia! It is different from the typical touristic activity. The guide, Ivo, did a really good job. We highly recommend it :)

Have been meaning to do this tour for the past couple years as I travel to Sofia regularly and finally managed to get it done last weekend.
Our guide was Stella who was very knowledgeable and what was particularly impressive was the history of graffiti that she provided, talking about its roots in America and the rise of the movement as moved into Europe.
And the blend of describing the meanings of the pieces we saw around the city with the history of Sofia was an extra added bonus.

Stella was an excellent guide and you could see the passion she had for the subjects she was talking about and I would highly recommend her and the tour to anyone wishing to learn about the art you see around Sofia
