A great shopping experience, lots of interesting shops and plenty of restaurants. The shopping mall was bigger than expected, on several floors and felt quite well designed. All very modern and a good variety of shops. Great day out if you like shopping that is.

Good place for shopping with many stores. Different restaurant and fast food options as well as supermarket. Parking is available underground as well as above ground. Easy to take taxi or bus infront. Close to airport and to the center - appr. 10 min to both with car.

I love this mall because it has all the usual shopping brands, great food court area and huge parking space. No stress, just enjoying the shopping experience

Shops and food court are good. However baby changing rooms are terrible. It's good that there's one on each floor. However, they smell of mold, everything inside is broken or quite old. None of the doors close the one on ground floor is literally 1.5 sq.m. and has a chair that feels like it will break any minute now. The one on the second floor has only a sink and nowhere for a nursing mother to sit and has a very loud vent above. It's practically unusable. The rest need heavy wiping on all surfaces if you ever absolutely need to use them. Men's toilets are better equipped and cleaner than the nursing rooms.

The entire Mall has degraded in less than a year. The bathrooms on only 1 floor are open and work because they are too cheap to hire more cleaning personnel to take care of all the floors(after a few months the morons finally put a sign that says that the floors bathroom aren't open)the restaurants barely work and sometimes they don't even provide you with food trays(Hesburger I am looking at you)since there is no one to clean them. The cinema is expensive and there are only 2 people working there(bless their hearts). The poor management makes this one of the worse Shopping Malls you can visit in Sofia.

We had to go to the toilet on the last floor (with the food) only to find it extremely dirty, without any soap and filled with water to the top :( I was grossed out beyond myself. Never had that happened in any other mall. Gave 2 stars bc otherwise i like the mall.

I wanted to pay in Euros but was not possible.I ask someone where I can change euros and buy Bulgarian money and they said that the bank and the machine changing money.The bank not changed money and the machine not worked.I must to go to the city to change money.Someone must to open exchange office because the mall is visited also by foreigners!

A varity off shops,food court with a lot off varity .

The Mall is big and has a lot of stores. Actually I think I prefer The Ring Mall but this one has all of my favourite shops and it's really close to the airport
