Interesting amount of "artefacts" on display upstairs from the siege time ~ including English titles, however it's made realise how little I know/understand about the who/what/why of the war in the first place and probably expected to learn about it here. The photo exhibition showing...More

Bosnia and Herzegovina, a country that has such a diverse and interesting history, this museum could do so much better. It still is a must-visit site for everyone interested in history.

Dedicated workers are keeping this museum going and it needs supporting. There is what seems a permanent exhibition upstairs of life during the siege, war crimes, stories of hope and survival.. we were glad we saw this before seeing the Tunnel. There is also an...More

Emotional visit. I went there with my children and they enjoyed educational part of visit, but I was touched to the level of crying. Very informative place and worth of visiting.
