First half was educational. Second half wasnt really worth it. A couple breaks and then walk slowly up a hill to get an unimpressive view and sweat in the sun. Then walk back down. Guide should consider cutting that part out or at least make it more meaningful to do the last couple of stops after the Ferdinand assasination point.

This is a walking tour that gives you a lot of information about the city and the way of life during the siege. Our tour leader Merima was really fantastic. She spoke about her experience as a young girl during the siege and that was very interesting. She explained us the history of the city, giving us the informations that... More

Absolutely brilliant walking tour. I have done hundreds of walking tours all over the world and this one really stuck out for me. The guide (lady, sorry not sure of her name!) was funny and fascinating. She grew up here and her stories really pulled on my heart strings. There were so many of us and she kept the whole... More

Neno is a young tour guide, very educated, born and raised in Sarajevo. His English is really good and the tour lasts for two-two and half hours. Neno, who can be found around 10:30 near National Theatre, will share with you some of his personal experiences regarding the town and you'll get basic information about the history of Sarajevo. During... More

This was a brilliant introduction to the city. Meriam was really friendly and interesting, and willing to share her experiences of growing up in Sarajevo. We saw some of the key landmarks, but it was more about learning about the city and how the locals live/lived. Meriam was super knowledgable and I learnt a lot on this tour. She also... More

Fantastic walking tour. Neno is very engaged and engaging, highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was born and raised in the city, he lived here even during the war so he can give you an insiders view to sarajevo. Very highly recommended.

Neno was very engaged and highly interactive. He grew up in Sarajevo during the siege so he could talk from his personal experience. He's open to all sorts of personal questions; yet, he does not impose his views. Neno avoids showing typical touristy places though - there's so much more to see and learn beyond the crowded touristy pedestrian street... More

Really enjoyed the Sarajevo tour. The group was very big and it was difficult to sometimes hear or understand what the guide was talking about. Sarajevo is a city full of charm and she did a good job at stopping us as interesting sights and telling us some anecdotes. It was worthwhile as we were there for a limited amount... More
