Everything from start to finish of the tour was wonderful! All of the staff and our hiking lead were all riendly, quick to respond, helpful in answering questions, fantastic all around. Transportation was easy and the food in Lukomir was fantastic. I went during the end of autumn and the mountains were truly spectacular. I'll never forget this trip!

This tour was a really interesting tour where you get to see a variety of sites from different periods in Sarajevo’s history - the Bridge at Konjic, Tito’s bunker, abandoned sites from the 84 Winter Olympics, the panorama from Trebevic and the Jewish Ceremony. It is difficult to pick a best bit because it was all so good. What made this tour really great was the guide. He spoke fluent English, was friendly, had a great sense of humour and spoke about Bosnia’s history and his experiences in Bosnia during the war. I would highly recommend doing this tour.

My friend and I used Sarajevo Funky Tours for a tour to Medjugorje, Mostar, Blagaj, Kravice waterfalls, and a few other stops. The initial tour communication was quick and professional. The actual tour itself was a fantastic all day adventure! Out guide, Arna, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, intelligent, and friendly. She is so much more than a tour guide- she has the insight, history, experience, and love of BiH to make really astute and interesting conversation. It wasn't just superficial or rote memorization from a guidebook. She knows the places, people, and culture. Furthermore, she was flexible with what we wanted to see and spend time visiting and offered suggestions for future adventures. I would absolutely recommend this company and I look forward to booking another excursion with them.

Sarajevo Funky Tours is hands down the best travel agency I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the initial booking inquiry months in advance to the ride to the airport on my last day, everyone that I met with the Sarajevo Funky Tours team was delightful to be around. What sets this agency apart from the others is that their guides and staff know what it means to balance professionalism and building friendships with their guests. For the 8 days I spent touring with Funky Tours, all of the guides, drivers, and staff went above and beyond to check in with how I was doing throughout my stay -- and as a solo female traveler in a brand new county, that meant the world to me. I will always recommend this agency because of the time, effort, and care they put into breaking down prejudice -- and cannot wait to explore more of the Balkan Region with their team the next time I visit! Puno Ljubavi!

We selected this tour on a recommendation and are so pleased we did. Our guide Arna provided us with information of this time as she lived here in Sarajevo during the siege. She drove us to all points of interest relevant to the siege and explained what life was like for locals living here at that time. Arna was so full of interesting information about local culture and how it evolved historically as well as providing information of the time of the siege. I am very glad we did this tour as it has given me a better understanding of what people lived through in such recent history. Arna was a fantastic guide and I am very glad she took us on this tour.
