Attractive both outside (painted white & green) and inside (with its Orthodox paintings). Well worth a visit.
This all white cathedral is especially attractive on a sunny day in Minsk. Good views from here over the surrounding area. Interior is worth a look, but it obviously doesn't have the really ancient frescoes you get in Kiev.
Just a quick word about Tripadvisor giving Frunzenskaya as the nearest metro station, it cost me two hours wandering around looking for a Cathedral that was supposed to be 200 metres away. In fact it is at Nemiga Station. Frunzenskaya has a very nice mural...More
Holy Spirit Cathedral is indeed marvellous. It might not look grand from outside but you cannot stop but satnd and stare admiring the beautiful fresco paintings when inside the church.
