I was curious what it is. But was nice experience. It is some sort of cultural thing even thought it is a library. There is observation floor to see the city.

it was -15c but we braved the icy winds and snow to check out the views of Minsk from the roof top viewing terrace of the National library before popping into the rooftop cafe to warm up with glasses of yummy Belarusian hot wine.

Worth visiting, really unusual architecture. I recommend paying for the view, the price is very low.

This is a place to visit. During the day take the elevator to the top and enjoy the view. Go for a coffee in a perfect restaurant. At night it is beautifully lit. Good subway connection to and from the city centre.
