Great Views of Tirana when you climb the narrow steps of the tower. Good view of Ethem Bey Mosque but especially of Skenderbeg Square. Very inexpensive and though it'll leave you a bit out of breath, it's not too taxing.

The clock tower, is clearly a symbol of Tirana, but it's nothing tremendous... Based just next to the mosque it's just a plus for the mosque, but nothing great on its own.
Ninety-three steps to the top and it costs nothing (like many other similar attractions in Albania).
A must see while exploring central Tirana. An easy climb to the top affords a great view of the square and environs.

At the time we visited the tower, the access was free. A few steps to the top (no elevator). Good views. Simple but nice.
It's not very high so the climb isn't challenging, The view from the top over Skanderbeg Square is very nice although the platform is very narrow so tricky to navigate if there are more than a few people up there. And it was free, so...More
