This statue is the typical statue you walk along and have a brief look because it looks a bit weird and you don't have any explanations on it. When you have some details, that for example, a simple detail...He is a modern Albania hero!!! It's getting more interesting to think about it.

Nice statue of an important, historic, Albanian hero. Needs a plaque to explain who he was and his importance to modern Albania. Worth a look and a short stop.

Statues like this make you curious so that you lern more about a country's history. That being said, I do not understand why it is a special entry on TripAdvisor. Many more similar statues in Tirana.

Fan Noli is a modern Albanian hero, one of the most respected citizens. I wish more information were available at the statue to let tourists know more about this important Albanian!

I see in the statue of Fan Stalian Noli things most other people do not see .because as a youth, I had the opportunity of being in his presense when he visited my home on several occasions in Boston Massachusetts in the 1940's to discuss political and religious business.. The statue is bigger than life... overpowering in its mass. This... More

he was one of the greatest Albanians, and they let the sculptor do such a ugly sculpture of him situated in a very beautiful part at the end of Murat Toptani street
