Ok so if your meeting point is the Discover Albania office in Tirana you must take into consideration that the traffic in the capital is awful. This can effect the arrival of bus/taxi to take you on your trip, the staff try extremely hard to make things flow on time but sometimes it is just out of there hands.
Staff are superb, they speak great English and are just so friendly.
We did two trips with them and they were both excellent,it was really easy arranging the transport back to the city as just messaged on WhatsApp with 45 minutes notice.
Cant thank them enough and wouldnt hessitate to use them again when we return to Albania. Thank you!

Planning a trip in a foreign country can be stressful, but thankfully I found Discover Albania, and they made everything so easy. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. I have to give a special shout-out to our tour guide, Antigona. She's bursting with energy, always has a smile on her face, and truly showed us the best of Albania.

I was on a Full day Berat tour from Tirana for 60 Euros and it might have been the same as taking local bus there and back with maybe a few stops for way less than that. Although the driver and “tour guide” were very nice people, I have to say that it didn’t really feel like a guided tour at all. A few of the participants and I felt that the “guide” needs more guidance and training and experience. He’s very young and basically “just went” with us to the castle and museum and basically just sat in the car for 4 hours (to/from) without and interaction of what/where we passed at least on the way but hd didn’t really do much guiding or explaining of much at all. When he would, it would be to whoever was next to him rather than gathering us to explain things. it felt like a waste of money, unfortunately. I also forgot to mention that it didn't start out well at the office either. They seemed very unorganized.

We visited Albania as a group of 6 from Dubai. Discover Albania offered us a private tour to North Albania for a reasonable rate. We enjoyed every single moment of the guided tour with highly skilled professional guides. Ismail and his team was so knowledgeable and they knew every nook and corner of the tour to provide us amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this team to my friends and colleagues in addition to whoever reads this post.

Together with my brother and a great group of new people we met, we had the three-day trip in The Albanian Alps.
We had a really good hiking tour by Discover Albania with tour guide Marjana. She was helpful, understanding and always ready to translate and help everyone catch-up with the region’s history and culture.
The guesthouses we stayed were amazing with very welcoming hosts, tasteful traditional dishes and we always had everything we needed.

We had an awesome experience using this company. They were easy to work with, communicative, and knowledgeable.
Our trip to Lake Bovilla was awesome, and we couldn't have gotten there easily just via taxi.
Highly recommend.

We visited the landscape called Syri i Ciklopit on Sunday. We created a very nice group mainly thanks to our guide, Piro. We had a lot of fun, by discovering different paths where we founded activities wild fruits such as mana or figs. I strongly recommended visiting this landscape, since it is very near Tirana and has a wild and breathtaking nature.

Shala River and Valbona - Theth path.
It was an exellent Experience. The guide was superb.
First day was on Shala River, a unique experience. We took the Valbona-Theth path the second day. It was 5.5 hours of mountain walking. A little bit difficult for me since I don't do a lot of activity daily and I have never climbed a mountain. Theth and Valbona are both beautiful places that you must see.
It was an exellent Experience. The guide was superb.

Reached out about the tour of Southern Albania, Ismail told us in the first email that the price quoted in English was given in Albania language only. When we requested the English language timing and price, we didn't hear back for almost two weeks. When we did hear back the response was basically "sorry, you were in our spam, we will get back to you soon", with no information. Never heard back, disappointed.
