Its a very pretty quite tropical garden with many beautiful colourful orchids. We enjoyed walking through the garden and were fascinated by how many different types of orchards there were. If your in the area its worth looking at, but just don't expect too much so you don't get disappointed. It appears that some may get a false impression of... More

Before we went to the Garden, we were never big fans of Orchids. They seemed to take a lot of work and never grew into much of anything. Wow, now I get it. This place has huge Orchids all over the place in more varieties than I thought existed. Quite a beautiful and relaxing spot!

it wasn't what we expected, very beautiful gardens but no giants... we were hoping for a little more than what we had seen.

I am not an enthusiastic garden person, but this is OK to visit if it is on your way. I don't know the cost since it was part of a 3 day deal. It was warm and muggy, but not too uncomfortable. The vegetation is lush, thick and green, with quite attractive flowers periodically. There are some streams, a small... More

The gardens at the sleeping giant are absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained. The walking areas lead to lovely frog filled lily padded ponds and stunning orchids with spaces to sit and enjoy or to continue to discover.

We didn't go in as is was too expensive. No tourist facilities, very basic from the front. I guess if you need to see orchids then give it a try.

This is an ideal day trip from Nadi, perfect also for functions. My late grandmother and I adored walking through its serpentine paths and looking at the collections of orchids and tropical plants kept beautifully along side itself, beneath a very striking rock formation highly recommended.

Prepare yourself for jogging around these gardens. The speed we were taken around was incredible. The humidity was spectacular though this had nothing to do with the garden. It's Fiji; they have a climate for growing anything they like so this was nothing exceptional - trust me, I've been to many. Just an average tropical garden.

The Garden of the Sleeping Giant is a must do when staying in or around Nadi. The orchid collection is better than any I have seen anywhere else. The paths are well kept and easy to walk on. I did a self guided tour using their map and really enjoyed my visit- you can do as much walking as you... More
