Although we stayed for little time, it was just amazing. The breathtaking view of Sleeping Giant and natural jacuzzi is definitely recommended.

Natural mud spa. Started in the mud pool then soaked off in four different degree hot springs. We had a great guide showing us the ropes. Afterwards enjoyed a prawn curry made by the locals. Friendly people and run professionally. Great day out.

One of the best activities near Nadi is to go to the mud baths. The experience was a lot of fun. Springs were hot and relaxing. Take old clothes with you for the mud, and a change of clothes for afterwards. Take water with you....More

The mud pools are quite rustic/basic, a hole in the ground, but seems like they've made them a little better since we visited. It's down a bumpy dirt road off the main road, near the Garden of the sleeping giant. It was very bumpy when we travelled along it. As far as I know there's no buses which go there. It is on the way to Lautoka, (just under half way between Nadi and Lautoka) and I'd suggest you talk with a taxi driver and settle on a price for hiring him for a few hours. You could...More

Do you have to pay for a tour through an outside company or can you take a taxi here and do your own tour? What time is the Hot Springs/Mud Pools open and how long is the tour?
