• Go Local Fiji Transfers & Tours is a tour & transport company that specializes in providing efficient private airport transfers, private guided tours, shuttle services and travel agent services to our international clients visiting Fiji. • We provide these services to all types of groups. Whether you're traveling in a big group, a small group or even solo, we make sure to give all our guest an authentic Fiji experience. • Our main office is in Namaka, Nadi and our other offices are conveniently located at the Nadi International Airports Arrival concourse and also at the Sitar Building, Korotogo (Coral Coast - near Outrigger Resort) • Our transfer and tour rates are very competitive and we have a great range of modern fleets, from 4 seater prados to the 35 seater buses. • All our vehicles are highly insured as well as all our Go Local Fiji stafft are qualified and experienced.

Don't look any further. This is the transfer company for you! All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating even after our flight times were changed at the last minute. We were greeted with gifts and smiles and quickly began our 2.5 hour transfer. Both our arrival and departure transfer were great, the drivers were good company and the vehicles were comfortable. I really appreciate both of our drivers patience and professionalism, particularly when my two very young children were screaming in the back seat.
I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again next time we are in Fiji.

I was very happy with the service. The car was clean and a great size for 4 adult passengers and 4 large bags. The driver was very polite and was keen to assist whilst we stopped at the supermarket for some supplies before arriving to the hotel

The only negative thing that occured was my returning booking time which was discussed upon arrival and changed to an 1 hour earlier was not provided to our pick up driver so we had to call and ascertain why they were late.

The pick up driver was apologetic and showed us his timetable which clearly stated 3pm. As we gave ourselves penatly of time before our flight the lateness was not an issue.

We are heading back in December, so I will still use this compamy for our hotel transfer.

I reached out to reserve a driver for a couple hours to take us around Nadi between transferring from Port Denarau to the airport. They asked no questions about what the stops would be and charged $100 FJD for the 2 hrs. We were picked up and I directed the driver to 4 local stops (a temple, 2 local markets, and lunch). Then the driver dropped us at the airport. I later received an email that said I would be charged almost $200 FJD because we stopped at the Temple (a stop I directed, lasted 10 min, and the driver never left the car). The email said that stop makes it a tour and I should have mentioned wanting to go there. A total scam company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not book with them. I booked a bula pass with them. Turns out its increased in price and its just too bad that they dont tell you. You eont know its a couple hundred dearer till they have charged you.

Also, they advertise a boat transfer to beachcomber.. guess what.. they no longer go there. You have to pay even more again for a private ride from southsea!!

To resolve the problem, they suggest you lie to the resort and make it their issue.

DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!

Worst communication in my life. Ruined my holiday before even leaving the country.

Yuck service.

Absolute rip off don’t book this trip. You can just get a taxi there from the hotel for about $20 and pay the entry fee. The company had no idea about our booking, the driver didn’t either, no water offered as promised and the driver didn’t even know to pay the entry fee. The waterfall was great but booking it through TripAdvisor was a huge rip off!! It would have cost us about $40 aud but instead we paid $310 for the same thing… very disappointing when they also wouldn’t offer a partial refund. DO NOT BOOK

Booked, paid and received "confirmed and paid voucher". Checked account and payment had been taken and this company refused to collect my family because a dispute (error?) between themselves and a third party booking engine (viator). Transfer cancelled at about 8pm on Sunday night for a 9am transfer the following day.

Bula Peter, Thank you very much for your feedback. We apologise for the inconvenience that was caused. Please be advised that we had not confirmed your booking because you needed to pay extra for your Shuttle Transfer (SIV) from the Warwick Resort to Nadi International Airport. We required a minimum of 4 people and you had paid only for 2, which is not completely your fault, it was a system error. We had advised you a day before about the extra payment to be made because we received your booking on the 15th of August and you were to be traveling on the 18th of August. Time was not our side too as we needed to clarify a few things before we could confirm any booking. If Viator had refunded you the $90fjd for your shared transfer from Warwick Resort to Nadi Airport, it was highly unlikely for another registered transfer or taxi company to charge you that same amount for the 4 of you traveling. Instead, they had communicated with us, about covering that extra $45fjd and the matter was resolved the night before your transfer. We are truly sorry that all this happened on your last days in Fiji. We hope that despite this issue, you were picked up on time and that you all had a good time in Fiji. If you decide to visit our shores again, please feel free to drop by our Go Local Fiji airport office at the arrivals, as we will more than happy to give you and your family a great discount on our tours and transfers. Thank you for choosing to travel with us and for your feedback. This will help us improve on our service and once again, our sincere apologies for the mishap. I really wanted to be able to leave a positive review for Go Local Fiji but I was so let down by the return transfer that I simply can't do it. In short, I ended my Fiji trip on an anxious low as the return transfer to Nadi aiprort arrived 1 hour later than booked.

The trip started on a positive. Staff welcomed us upon arrival at the airport with water and took the time to sit us down to provide us with a few tips about how to get around Denarau Island and other bits and pieces.

The thing that really upset me occurred on the last day of our trip. I confirmed the pick up time to be 12:45pm and Go Local emailed confirming this, and telling us to be at the Hotel Lobby 10 mins prior to pick up at 12:35pm.

By 12:50pm still no one had arrived. I called the office and at first they were surprised, saying 'Oh, is it today?' I said 'Yes, I have been waiting here since 12:35pm.'

The lady responded to the effect of 'Oh, but your pick up is 12:45pm' and queried why I had chosen to wait 'so early'. I pointed out that it was due to their email advising me to do this.They said they needed to check and would ring back.

At about 12:55pm they called back, saying the driver had left the airport "10 mins ago" to drop off some passengers at the Hilton on Denarau Island, and would immediately come by afterwards to pick us up. We were at the Radisson, about 5 mins away from the Hilton.

At this point in time I was already annoyed because it meant that they had either forgotten our booking OR they had double booked, not wanting to reject the fare of the other passengers and assuming we would be 'okay' to wait for the driver. Denarau Island is about 20 mins away from the airport so the driver was now expected at 1:05pm.

In summary, a number of phone calls were exchanged between myself and the office right up until the driver arrived at 1:35pm! The thing that irritated to me is that during one of those conversations I expressed my regret for choosing to book a private transfer with them, rather than just catching a taxi arranged by the hotel which would have arrived in 5 minutes. I was reminded that I had already prepaid for the service in advance, and therefore it was best that I wait. There was no offer to refund the cost of the return transfer or any suggestion as to how I could be compensated for my inconvenience. On each occasion I was assured the driver was 'a few mins away' or had 'just crossed the bridge at Denarau' etc etc.

By the time the driver arrived at 1:35pm, I had been sitting in the Lobby of the Radisson for just over an hour - constantly checking my watch. If I had children with me they would have been climbing up the wall. My trip ended with me being anxious and worried about whether I'd be able to check in on time and make my flight. Unfortunately I will not be using their services again if I'm ever in Fiji.

We had the most wonderful day with you. Thanks so much for our tour.
Caroline and Krish were the best hosts. We found this tour online before we come to the islands because I really wanted to get a feel for the the real Fiji culture and people. I can't imagine a better way to do that then spending a day with Caroline and Krish (I am sure their other tour guides are fantastic too). Caroline was waiting in our lobby when we arrived 15 minutes early. We were off straight away and Caroline asked about our interests and planned our day based on the things we thought we might like. We ended up first visiting the Hindu Temple in Nadi, such a beautiful stop and having our own personal tour guides made it even better, they had so much insight and information to give us. They gave us space to explore and were nearby anytime we had a question or wanted something (Krish always keeping the van nice and cool for us while we explored). Next stop was a visit to a local village - this was by far the highlight of our day. It was so fascinating learning about their culture. Our tour guide for the village tour was so charismatic and knowledgeable, I could have spent all day there just learning about the people. We spent about 15 minutes in the village church and he ended the tour singing amazing grace in the church - what an amazing voice, you would not expect such beauty to come from this big and powerful looking man, the acoustics in the church were spectacular, I can only imagine what it would sound like on Sunday. The Fijian people have such amazing singing voices. Next we visited the Garden of the Sleeping Giant - another great stop, so beautiful and peaceful. Then on to the hot springs and mud bath, a lot of fun there too. We stopped for a great lunch at a restaurant they recommended and had such good local food. Then on to shopping and finally we were ready to go home for the day (We were worn out, but they were happy to keep going). i could go on and on about how much we enjoyed this day. If you want to really learn about Fiji, the culture and the people, please make this your fist day in Fiji, I promise you will not regret it. Caroline and Krish are excellent hosts, I don't just feel like we had a great day of touring, I feel like we have friends in Fiji now. When we come back (and we will), we will be seeking them out for another day or two of seeing more of their beautiful island, and in the meantime I look forward to staying friends with them on facebook :) Thank you Caroline and Krish, you are such beautiful people !!!

We have used Go Local many times before but this will be the last time. Posting here to warn others! We paid for return transfers at our pickup from Nadi airport to Denarau. On our return, prearranged and confirmed pickup from Denarau to Nadi Airport our driver DID NOT TURN UP (3rd Oct). we were given the run around by the office, being told they were on their way, 5mins away etc. It got to the point where we needed to jump in another taxi to make our flight, obviously needing to pay for this extra fare. We were promised a refund so delayed this post, but 4 weeks later still no refund so it is time to warn others. Please be warned and use another company!!!
