Unfortunately due to our losses from the effects of the COVID-19 we had no choice but to reduce our schedule. We are still running at a loss but we believe that the service is essential to workers and visitors hence our continuation of the public bus service albeit at a reduced level. A Very reasonable way to tour the Island. Driver was a great guy, very helpful. One drawback was the roads, a bit bumpy in spots, with minimal shocks on bus.

Kia Orana, Thank you for your review. Yes the Road Works have caused havoc to our schedules. We apologise for the confusion and delays with the schedules. We are currently working on upgrading our Electronic Systems to include online real time schedules to provide for a more accurate schedule. The state of our roads cause thousands of dollars of damage to our buses every year. Hopefully when the roads are completed we can invest into some newer more comfortable buses. The drivers are quite rude and weren't very helpful. There were road works so buses were all over the place with the schedule but there was no notice to let you know how late they were etc. There were 30 minute waits and sometimes only 15minute which meant you were likely to

Kia Orana Thank you for your review. I apologise for your experience. Unfortunately we have no control of the road works as it has caused havoc to our schedules. We are working on upgrading our electronic systems to feature an online real time schedule for future that should provide for more accurate timing. We do ask that all passengers report driver behaviour to us so they can be reviewed through our onboard CCTV System. It is best that we see what is going on so that we can improve these areas.
