You can buy tickets at "the Pink" kiosk at the first bus stop near the port. We bought ours prior to leaving home through Expedia

You will have plenty of time for the bus tour and I suggest that it will enhance your visit to Montevideo. The stop is located behind the tourist information office close to the terminal. It takes about 1.5 hours. We stayed... More
