Many ducks, the children loxed them

Lake is nice, although a little dirty. The ducks were fun for the children. WE enjoyed a short stop there.

Rode once was a beautiful parc. It still is towards the Sea. The rest is in ruins, the "Lake" is full of garbage and Much of the fence broken.

There are more fountains, statues, and other significant sites here than can be imagined, and it's super popular with residents of all sorts. Tons of trees and shades and a great place to hang late in the day, directly across from Ramirez beach.

The park itself is beautiful, no qualms about that. But just next door, as part of it actually, there's an amusement park with rides and all, loud music, sirens, the works. So unless you're deaf and turn your back to the amusement park and associated junk-food restaurants, you quite unlikely to enjoy the beauty of the place.

I saw so many beautiful pictures of this park, that I had to go visit. When I got there it was a very bad sight, I guess it was under remodelling or something, the lake did not existed, it was dirty but you can see it could be a beautiful place if the ever fix it.

This park is located on the Montevideo rambla (waterfront). During the week it is a fine place for people of all ages to catch some fresh air, on weekends a faire operates with a modest number of rides for kids. There is a train though a haunted house, a pendulum ship that swings almost of the way up, a centrifugal... More

After hearing so much about the park, I was really disappointed yesterday when I took my brother for a visit. The lake had been drained for repairs and everything was a mess and the rubbish at the bottom of the lake was awful. Would definitely not recommend visiting until after repairs and clean up.

Perfect place for any occasion-to have a walk with a dog, enjoy family time, have a picnic, meet friends, do sports or just enjoy the sunshine.

So much going on here. Boat rides in the lagoon, art, fountains, birds, trees, golf, paths, by the rambala, the college is right off this Park. Centered in a safe and great neighborhood. Plenty to see here, art fairs on the week end, an amusement park with rides. Great old statues and cement work, surrounded by lots of Art Deco... More
