It was one of the best activities we've had during our 3 months in Cusco. I've never done zip lining or any kind of climbing, but after seeing the youtube video and reading all the reviews on TP I just had to try it and I'm glad I did.
The booking and communication via email and whatsapp was very smooth and fast, pick up was right on time and the returning time was as advised (we were picked up at 8am and returned to our hotel in Cusco at 4:30pm). The guide Brian spoke perfect English and was very attentive, polite, fun and professional. The Via Ferrata was easier than I thought, definitely recommended for any one who is in good health condition. The view was simply amazing and to be able to zip line through the sacred valley is definitely something worth trying. We also hired the on site photographer to follow us throughout our journey, it was 100 soles per person.

We were a family with a 12 year old and 14 year old doing this adventure. We had all zip lined before, but had never done the Via Ferrata rock climbing. Leo, our guide picked us up online at the hotel. We arrived basically on the side of the road to the starting point. They had a shipping container that they had converted for equipment storage and a bathroom, but it was a great spot to prepare for the adventure. There ended up being 2 other groups that did the experience with us and lots and lots of guides. All the guides were very friendly, spoke great English, and were very safety conscious. We payed extra to have the photographer take photos, which was pricey (about $25 USD per person), but worth it. We didn't have to worry about trying to get our phones out to take photos while hanging on a rock - someone took all the photos for us and they turned out really nice. Have cash for the photos and then they send you a link via DropBox or something similar to download them all. Scaling the mountain on the metal steps hooked in by carabiners was slightly terrifying for me, the middle age mom, but it was truly an adrenaline rush. The kids had no fear. Once we finished climbing and before starting the zip line, we sat on the rocks at had a delicious "snack" of a cheese sandwich, dried fruit and a clementine. It his the spot. The zip lining was awesome. For one zip line, it was a little windy, so we all had to go tandem with someone. The kids went with a guide and my husband and I went together. If you are afraid of heights, this is not for you, but if you love a challenge, beautiful scenery and an adventure - it is a great activity!

This was so awesome, truly one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. A quick caveat, the via Ferrata was a lot of work. If you're not in reasonably good shape or if you have a deep fear of heights, it's probably not for you. We climbed 1313ft up and we're treated to some truly amazing views and then got to zipline back down. I can't imagine a better way to see the Sacred Valley. The climb was long, but not super challenging (probably a 5.6 for American rock climbers). The other couple who did it with us were older and less experienced with rock climbing, but our guide, Cesar, was incredible and we all felt like rockstars by the end. My one tip- if you are (or expect to be) a fast climber, try to start at the front of your group. We had a blast shooting ahead and felt like we were in our own world at times! 10 out of 5 stars.

I booked and paid for a trip in January via credit card. The trip was planned for April. Due to Covid we couldn’t take the trip as flights worldwide were cancelled.
I asked for refund in April due to these circumstances. I was told the refund couldn’t take place until August when they were expecting visitors.
I was contacted saying that I was going to be refunded in June as they has used the money to upgrade their business. All throughout August I contacted the company and Natalia. They were stating that they sent the refund via a ‘visa company’ in Peru on June 8th. My bank nor visa has any records of this. It took over a week to obtain ‘official documentation’ of this transaction.
I continued to send my bank statements of that account, showing that for months no money had been received from them.
They continue to say that the ‘visa company’ sent the money and they can’t track the transaction any further.
My bank states that no transaction with any of the numbers they provided were ever made and can not track numbers that don’t exist.
It’s deeply heartbreaking to see a company not refunding someone’s hard earned cash and keeping the money.

We had the great opportunity to visit Skylodge Adventure Suites. This is not for the faint of heart (or those deathly afraid of heights), but it truly was a once in a lifetime experience. My youngest daughter was pretty nervous, but the team was incredible and helped her along until she started to feel more confident. Also, the zipline is SO MUCH FUN! And yes, be sure to hire the photographer. You won't be sorry! If you love adventure and are looking to make some killer memories, do not miss this!

I can’t say enough good things about this experience! We stayed at the new starlodge with the hot tubs. Our first guide, Brian, showed us up to our pod (climbing up the cliff was already a great start). Then we made our way to the hot tubs before we had a delicious dinner. The pod was very comfortable and the facilities for the hot tubs were convenient as well (included a bathroom and shower). The next day we did the via ferrata and ziplining with Allen, Diego and Caesar. Again, I can’t say enough good things about this. The climb up to the ziplining was so much fun and the zip lines were long and exciting. I would love to be able to do this again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a day or 2 day trip from Cusco.

This was an amazing experience. The views of the valley and river are spectacular. The via ferrata route and zip lines are well maintained. Some sections were challenging but an absolute thrill. Lunch in the sky capsule was absolutely delicious - 4 course meal (all the food is brought up by the guides climbing. Although we didn’t stay the night, we would have totally booked a couple of nights (book 3-4 months in advance). The guides are super fun, very professional and experienced. Safety was first. The equipment is new. Amazing day trip.

This experience is definitely worth it!!! We loved everything! Guides were very professional, attentive and helpful! Hike/climb was super fun and felt safe! Food prepared for us was delicious and they accommodated our restrictions! Pods are in a very good condition and comfortable as much as it can be when you spend one night in a room hanging of the cliff :) overall this was a highlight of our trip and would highly recommend it! But please don’t expect 5* hotel hanging on the mountain, there is no shower but private special toilet and a sink, all clean and worked perfectly. Bed was very comfortable with a great view out of the pod windows. We were picked up from the hotel with other people in a van and dropped off at the hotel as well. Would we do it again - absolutely!!!

We decided to go there at the last minute. When the driver came to pick us up with the guide, we instantly realized how professional they were. The climb is amazing, safe and hard enough! We spend one of the most beautiful day in the sacred valley! I recommend 100%! They even brought us a lunch to eat at the top!!! To climb down, too easy: 6 ziplines will bring you back the the base!

It is an activity that you have to « add on » to your « to do list » for sure!

This is such a unique and exhilarating experience! We opted for the hike up to the Sky Lodge for lunch. The hike was still relatively challenging with many rocks and some switchbacks. The hike portion also includes about 40m of climbing the Via Ferrata so you still get that aspect. We felt very safe the entire time. Our guide Brian was very helpful throughout the entire day.

Lunch at Skylodge was delicious and the views were stunning! The zipline down was my favorite part!

I was a little nervous about this activity but felt very safe and well-guided the entire time. The team is experienced and very professional. It was a fantastic way to spend the day in Sacred Valley!
