I really enjoyed this little jewelry shop. After walking through what felt like thousands of little trinket stands in Peru, Misha Wasi is a real artist's shop! I bought a necklace from her to remember my trip to Peru - I absolutely love it.

We stumbled upon Misha Wasi while walking the cobbled streets of Ollantaytambo. We were looking for a ruin but found instead a happy place that seemed to stand still in time. Gabriela, Nilton and their daughter's studio/home once you stepped into their yard was pretty special. Creativity and warmth was overflowing in a daily normal way which was so endearing. I got an orange 'forever' leather bag (Gabriela has yellow one) and necklace with an engraved andes seed by her friend.(i added another necklace the next day, and requested her to send me another brown bag for my daughter who saw my posted picture).Do get lost inside their world. You leave the place with a piece of happiness with you.

This charming house, offers some beautiful products for sale. All artisan and made with loving care.... Gaby and Nilton invited our group to eat with them on the last evening of our visit to Peru. they prepared some wonderful food and we enjoyed their company and their baby daughter gave us such delight. Nilton was the group leader on our tour and when he suggested we eat at their home on the last evening we all jumped at the opportunity. We then had the opportunity to purchase some lovely items that Gaby had for sale. They also have a room available to rent out which you can see on airbnb.com
