If you're looking to avoid crowds, this is a great place to check out. However, it is not an easy climb and the path is rugged at parts. Entrance is free and there is only one groundskeeper (he doesn't speak English). The hike to the...More

My wife, two grown children and I did this hike. We are not climbers or hikers, but relatively fit. The first couple of minutes were steep steps and a little taxing. After that it isn't too taxing because parts are close to an almost sheer...More

We got up early and hiked up Pinkuylluna Mountain up to the granaries. There were very few people there even though it was free to hike. It was a difficult hike where we climbed on rock at the edge of the mountain. There wasn't really...More

This is a great little hike. It is steep in places, and walking poles could be helpful for some people. There are railings along some of the steeper passages. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the granaries, and from there the views are...More
