You have to make this a long and more interesting as the size is small. Samples are main advantage!!

I went to the museum with my girlfriend, just to take a look, and we had such a great time! The person working there (Blad) was super nice, he gave us many chocolates to try, as well as different chocolate liquours, and he explained everything about chocolate! Super interesting and super fun, thank you so much Blad! :)

Andres has an amazing personality--he lured us in by giving us a very thorough history of cacao and why it's different--and better for your health--from the chocolate sold in stores. He is very intelligent, has excellent people skills, and speaks English fluently. To be honest, I don't know that working in this museo is the best job for him because his skills and abilities can take him very far in any customer-service related career if he so chooses. I have already recommended this place (and Andres) to all my friends, family, colleagues and professionals back home in the United States of America. I think many people will pay him a surprise visit! In fact, all of the staff here were very kind and friendly--from the guy who served me the juice to the cashier female. I highly recommend stopping by and learning a lot about stuff you didn't even know about!

We came in with the intent to learn about chocolate making before buying some chocolates. The “museum exhibition” is a single table with some chocolate ingredients and products. The guy near it gave us a 30-second explanation about what’s on the table, and then handed us a shopping basket. That was the end of the “museum tour”.

Bah :/ I'm sorry this is all the experience you got from us. We usually pride ourselves in being able to share our knowledge with visitors, opening the world of cacao and chocolate for them, having then discover, like wine, how the flavours change when different cacaos are used...
We'll use your feedback in our trainings, and in our questioning about how to maintain the excitement of staff in repeating the same service over the years.

It's no museum but a shop to sell over prized chocolate. Nothing less and nothing more. Just skip it.

It was amazing, so many choices of chocolate goodies. They gave us a sample of different types of Peruvian chocolate liqueur. My friend bought a small bottle of the passion fruit chocolate liqueur, it was delicious.

We did the bean to bar workshop and loved it! Our instructor was great and we learned a lot about the process of turning the cocoa beans into chocolate. We sampled many different flavors of chocolate and got

My friend and I had such a fun time at the chocolate workshop! Manuel was so nice and spoke excellent English. We loved getting to sample the chocolate at every point in the roasting process. It was also fun to pour the chocolate into molds and we ate a few pieces every day for the rest of our trip! We ended up leaving our chocolate in the fridge for 5 hours after the workshop and the other people there were so nice about it! Highly recommend the workshop to anyone with a few free hours in Miraflores!
