198th anniversary of the navy and the battle of the Pacific. Admiral Grau was the hero. Great ceremony. Always interesting to see how other countries celebrate holidays. Most people though are either still asleep on this day off or just having late breakfast. Unlike the US, Peru doesn't move holidays to Monday to cause three day weekend. Waiting for Prez speech. Got here earliy enough to actually see the Grau statue. Interesting
