It is a small museum with some figures showing tortures from the Inquisition. It is more interesting the building itself than the contents it keeps. You can skip it and visit somewhere else.

I have been to several museums relating to the tortures before. This museum had only six or seven figures in tortured and was the least impressive museum. I had queued for more than 10 minutes before entering the museum though.

I went to this place with high expectations. The place has a lot of material which is under the local government care and the entrance is free. Perhaps they should start charging to raise the quality of the service. The rooms and corridors are small...More

This is a free small museum next to the Peruvian Congress. The lady in the front desk wasn't patient, don't ask her twice at what time start the next tour, lol. We ask for a English tourist guide for my daughter who doesn't speak Spanish...More
