Really relaxing massage!!
The massage was really professional and relaxing. The masseuse, Claudia, succeeded to release a shoulder pain I was having for months! If she needed to talk to me, she used a whispering voice so that I do not get out of the relaxed mood. Before the start, I was asked if there were any particular parts that are hurting and during the massage I was asked if the pressure was fine. I will definitely visit again before leaving Peru!!

Cheap but brilliant
Me and my partner went for a massage at Therapy spa for a treat. We bought a couples pack for only 149 soles which is a bargain. The massage was so good - I had a masseuse called Maria and it went on for so long that I thought it must be close to being over while she was still working on my back. But then I got arms and legs, hands and feet done too as well as a head massage. They even gave us a glass of wine at the end. Really worth the money for one of the best massages I’ve had - just got to note that it is a cheaper option and so the equipment was a bit old like the massage chair the head hole was overly big so got uncomfortable after an hour and one of the rooms wasn’t available so they separated me and my partner when we were under the impression that we would be in the same room.

Great Spa in Miraflores
This was an amazing experience. An hour of a full massage with great massage therapist. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this spot anytime you are in Lima. Thank you Claudia and Juanita for the great service. Looking forward to coming back next time I am in Perú.

I have been here before but this was the worst experience. Women used so much cream I felt like she was giving me a bath. I asked for hard pressure that never happened. Restaurants all around smelled like frying all the time and noisy, table massage, sheets, towels, face pillows, decoration, carpet, walls, bathroom and even the entrance need a Renew, very cheap but just a waste of time. I won't be back .

Worst massage ever

This place is awful. The room is dirty and cold, the massage bed is old and uncomfortable. The room I was in is right beside the restaurant so all I heard was restaurant clatter and noise.
The massage therapist I had used her elbow ON MY SPINE and bones the whole time. I tried to tell her to stop but she didn't listen. My boyfriend's massage almost turned into a rub-n-tug. We had to leave.
They play music in the waiting area but they blast it so it reaches the rooms, so all you hear is muffled music. People knocked on the main door during the massage so the woman I had kept leaving to answer the door.
I have no idea why this place has 5 stars.

Came here because of all the good reviews, however I walked out with bruising and a sore back. It was clear that the masseuse had no idea what she was doing, as while usually the same actions are repeated on each side, however it seemed she was just rubbing at random with no consistency between the two sides. At one point it felt like the was grating the muscles that ran over my ribs, which has cause pain still days after my visit and visible bruising. My recommendation? Do yourself a favour and don't go here.

BEST AFFORDABLE DEEP TISSUE MASSAGES IN MIRAFLORES

I've been going to Therapy for the last two months or so. I first discovered them through some discounted massage sessions from different discount sites and out of the three places in Miraflores I went to, this place gave me the best experience possible and was AMAZING value for my money!

Juanita is my masseuse! I love her! She's tiny, but don't doubt her strength! She will get ALL UP IN your muscles and get those knots out. Be sure to breathe when it gets intense! haha Well, you can always tell her to tone it down to where it's comfortable for you.

I recommend this place to everyone I know that's looking for a great massage experience and wants therapeutic massage that will help them improve their body aches and pains.

Juanita has also studied physiotherapy, I believe. She's a well trained professional and I love her so much because she's always tuning into her intuition and brings in incense or other things that will best suit my needs for that session.

Good deep tissue massage.

I received a 1hr deep tissue massage from Juanita for 60 soles. This woman looks small but she is insanely strong! I don't have much experience in professional massages but I liked it and I feel very relaxed now. The price (compared to others) is very good but I heard some street noise from outside.The staff don't speak English but you can send them an email in English and the manager will make an appointment for you.
Recommended!

90 min couples massage, the girls know where to find the knots and they don’t give up. Strong and what we needed after all the traveling and walking. A+ for effort!

Wonderful massage

Dina is awesome! I came for deep tissue and reflexology. Dina is an excellent masseuse, and my massage was amazing at a great price. I highly recommend Therapy. You can even set up an appointment over WhatsApp. The location is inside a mall, so just walk back into the complex a bit to find it. Thank you, Dina!

Very professional experience

It's my first time there and was very impressed by the review. My friend and I were there at Saturday Dec 7th and my masseur was Gianella. She is very considerate. The spa studio is small but they are professional. The 70 min massage is pretty relaxing from head to toes. very recommend this place to you all.
