Thanks Saby for making my trip so great.I dealt with her to put together my it. and she was very helpful. i am giving it 4 stars though it could be my husband's fault for he wanted to have the same driver and guide for the next days trip and he came 45' late though Saby did call and let us know.
i would use their service again in a heart beat and highly recommend them.

My wife and I just returned from Peru and we both agree that our trip was amazing and made much easier and successful because of Respons Travel. Because our experience was so positive we feel impelled to write this review.
As part of our vacation in Peru my wife wanted to interview older people there to gain an understanding of how differences in culture and governmental structure affect the health of the elderly in comparison and contrast with the United States. We contacted Diana with Respons Travel to request help with arranging an interpreter and driver. We obtained Diana's contact information through the Respons Travel Cuzco office which helped us secure Machu Picchu tickets, an amazingly difficult task these days. Diana immediately responded and set up our request. Diana is friendly, professional, and prompt. She even met us at our hotel to receive payment and introduce us to driver and guide. We also requested help in securing a formal interview with a doctor in Lima. I had my doubts that Diana would be able to help with that, or even try to help, because that is not something that tour operators normally do, however, Diana went above and beyond in trying to make it happen. With her help, my wife was able to obtain an interview with the director of a hospital as well as interview various older Peruvians about their health and life. This exceeded our expectations! Diana arranged an excellent interpreter, Jose, who was instrumental in the success of the project. The driver, Walter, was also excellent. The fees charged for these services were more than reasonable, if fact, knowing what those services would cost in the United States, the rates were shockingly reasonable, especially given the level of professionalism, friendliness and expertise of both the interpreter and driver.
On top of that, Diana arranged a Bay Bike Tour for us. The tour starts in Miraflores and goes through Barranca and Churrillo. The guides, Pablo and Jose, were simply wonderful! Do not miss out on this tour! It is a unique, and probably the best, way to visit these areas. The guides were very informative and friendly and ensured it was safe. It was a very safe, relaxing, and beautiful tour. It last about three hours and leaves you charged up with energy and lots of time to enjoy the rest of the day.
I had arranged for our initial transfer in from the airport to the hotel on the spot, as suggested by travel guides. My Spanish skills are good enough to negotiate with taxi drivers. I worked in the travel industry for 10 years, so I like to make my own arrangements as much as possible. After such a great experience with the arrangements made through Diana, we decided to have her arrange the rest of our transfers to and from the airport, which at that point included two transfers back to the airport and one from the airport to a hotel. Diana immediately made these last minute arrangements and the rates for these services were significantly better than I had negotiated on the spot. We are so happy we made these arrangements through Diana, not just because it was more cost effective, but also because the level of service that was arranged was much higher than the random arrangement I made on the spot and because it took one more worry out of travel.

My boyfriend and I did a day tour with Respons in Puno, for visiting Uros and the island of Taquille. They were recommended by our hotel and we enjoyed it a lot. We did the tour on a 15-people boat with a bilingual guide who was ready to answer all our questions.
Plus, Uros is one of the most unique things we've seen in Peru (probably in life?), it is totally worth a visit. Taquille is a gorgeous scenery with top craftsmanship.
Definitely recommended!
