We went as a family, there were 3 of us and 2 instructors which made it so we got lots of attention. They helped us all get up on our first time, they drove us to one of the only sandy beaches in Lima and it was perfect for beginners and the water was warm. The owner was awesome and took pictures of us while we surfed, and dropped us off at our hotel. A must do if you're in Lima, definitely worth it.
