We loved every minute of our experience with chef David and guide Natalie. They were very informative, knowledgeable, organized, and patient. The way to know Peru is to be with the natives who are sincere and honest. It was like being with our friends in their homes. The food was excellent much better than the stuffy restaurants with their fake... More

We used Haku tours for 2 tours and 4 airport transfers while in Lima. Felt at ease knowing they were always on time and ready to pick us up a few minutes before our arranged times. We took the shanty town tour with Jimmy and it was one of the hi lights of our entire trip to Peru. Meeting the... More

Our group of 4 couples toured with Edwin in Shantytown and later in Lima city. We all agreed that not only was Edwin a wonderful and patient guide, but we saw the real life experience of 70 percent of Lima residents. We felt humbled for the experience and happy to know that our tour money would be returned for projects... More

We have had two tours so far with Haku and we've been fortunate to have our guide,Eduar all to ourselves. We are booking another for tomorrow and have requested him again. Haku provides personalized service with a knowledgable and passionate guide and they picked us up at our condo too! We came to Peru with no agenda and Haku has... More

Only my partner & myself on the tour so it was a fantastic price for a private tour. Jimmy was a great guide that has a good local knowledge & excellent advice for visiting Lima. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning riding along the coast.

I went on the Lima's Colors and Flavors tour with Haku Tours and it was the best tour I went on in Lima. The food was great. We went to the less travelled areas in town like Barranco and some markets near the shanty towns. We visited a port where they fish and met some of the locals there. Our... More

I booked the shanty town tour through Haku Tours and it was life changing! Jose was our tour guide and picked us up from the Historic Center. Jose was very fun and knowledgeable and really cared about supporting the shanty towns. I cannot say enough about this tour. Once we arrived, they gave us an outline of the trip and... More

We had a FANTASTIC and unforgettable time with Edwin as our guide on the local wine tour. We also got to meet and taste wine with two other members of the Haku family- Patricia and Jimmy who were awesome and super fun. The tour began with Edwin taking us to a view of Lima, explaining the areas in and around... More

The day was exceptional because it was small group and our guide Jose was passionate about his city and its heritage which showed through in his explanations and his ability to answer all our "odd" questions. He was also able to bring his personal experiences into play when he was explaining what had been happening in Lima during more recent... More

The cooking class tour was awesome with Haku Tours. The morning started with a trip to the local market for fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats. Afterwards, the chef walks you through cooking whichever option you chose for your meal. Ceviche was a great option and a great experience to learn from a local chef. The guides and chefs were very... More
