731 reviews
The coastal and desert regions outside Lima offer a world of outdoor adventure far from the city, but complex bus systems—and, for some visitors, a language barrier—make exploring a challenge. On this full-day tour, travel in comfort from your Lima hotel and hit Paracas and Huacachina with ease. Spot native marine life in the Paracas National Reserve and try sandboarding on South America’s largest dunes.

I would not bother making a specific trip for this gallery - but if passing by, worth a quick pop in.

I really liked this gallery in Lima's Barranco neighborhood. It's a good mix of art, home, garden decor. Overall great style. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking for something unique.

Trip to the ruins with excellent terraces and easy to understand town, the new, post Inca, town has an excellent market with wonderful alpaca knitting, craft and textiles. The botanical garden was closed on the day we went, giving us a tantalising view through the gate

I loved finding this store. I spent about a half hour listening to different Peruvian music groups and ended up buying two CD. It was a treat spending that much time listening to clips of music from different groups and sharing names of groups unknown to the owners. I love Brazilian music, such as Egberto Gismonti and his Sol Do Meio Dia album. I found interesting music here too. Not your pan pipe music. This store is worth popping in to see if it matches you tastes.

I happened upon this store in Cusco toward the end of my trip and I'm so glad I did. Great modern clothing, home accessories, and art from local artists - this is the place to bring home something truly unique to remember Peruvian culture. I did quite a bit of shopping around and this shop was my favorite. When I was there I saw a framed print on the wall that I loved, but wasn't sure how to get it back home to the US so I didn't make the purchase. But as soon as I got back from the trip, I had to have it. I emailed the store and got a quick response from Jenny who gave me details on the artist, researched courier options, coordinated payment and shipping details and keep me updated almost daily until the print arrived at my door in the US. You can't beat that customer service.
