I was bit worried to get out at right place near my hotel , but they have person in the bus who makes sure that you will get out at correct place and gives you direction if stop isn’t just front of your hotel. Also air conditioning and WiFi works.Hey Hulgus, Thank you for choosing Airport Express Lima and writing a great review! We are delighted to hear you enjoyed our service! - Reut H1 contributionAmazing experience! We were so happily surprised by the simplicity and how easy this was! We boarded the shuttle at Park Kennedy and were greeted with very friendly faces. The bus drove safely and got us to the airport right on time! The bus is very spacious and has free WiFi, and needless to say is a lot cheaper than a taxi/Uber to the airport. Thank you!Visited November 2022Traveled as a coupleWritten November 5, 2022

For someone that goes to the airport often and has done everything from vans to taxis and ubers to this bus, by far the safest and most convenient is the Airport Express Lima. WiFi, air conditioning, and charging ports. And sooo much cheaper than a taxi.Hey Danielle, Thank you for choosing Airport Express Lima and writing a great review! - Peter GKihei, Hawaii535 contributionsGood way to get to MIrafloresThe Airport Express Lima counter is easy to find after leaving baggage claim, and service there was excellent, conducted in fluent English. The one way fare to Miraflores was only 25 PEN (about $7); credit cards were accepted. It felt safe. A guide on board the bus made sure that we got off at the correct stop, and provided directions to our hotel which was only a block away. There are some minor drawbacks of this service, however. Buses leave only once per hour, so you'll likely need to wait. The circuitous path to where you meet the bus is not well marked and felt a bit isolated. We had to load our own luggage onto the bus. The bus was clean but did not smell fresh. And for two passengers, the fare was 50 PEN, exactly the fare for the licensed taxi that later took us back to the airport (although that very early morning trip may have been unusually economical because of the absence of traffic at that time of day.)Hello Peter! Thank you for choosing Airport Express Lima and writing a review! Even considering how busy the airport was with all the teams arriving for the Pan-American games. Customs took no more than 20 minutes. The counter was easy to spot and Anita Castillo was so helpful and sweet! She made sure to answer all my questions, she explained to me clearly where to find the bus, and some other helpful information. Thank you, Anita! The bus dropped me off two blocks from my hotel and they told me exactly where to go and how far to walk. - JbmischMiramar, Florida147 contributionsGreat way to setup your airport transfer!!!I was hesitant about our airport transfer and we were arriving into Lima quite late but I asked around and researched prior to the trip and got the best feedback for Airport Express Lima so I went for it. So glad we did! The kiosk to check in is right outside of baggage claim. They give you a map and highlight your stop for you meanwhile answering any questions. The buses are big, clean and air-conditioned. You can't beat the price! Prior to the stops, one of the workers goes over his list to ensure everyone knows where they are going. We booked roundtrip so days later we stood at the designated stop and they were right on time for our pickup and return back to the airport. Just out of curiosity, I asked a random "taxi" driver at the airport for pricing one-way to San Isidro and was quoted $50. We paid $15 roundtrip thru Airport Express- it was a no brainer for us and such an easy process. I booked it all online.Hi, Jbmisch! We are very happy and grateful you have decided to trust in us! We’ll keep growing to improve our service. We are pleased to know you loved our service and we look forward to having you travel with us again soon. - ga2060Glasgow, United Kingdom46 contributionsUseless, take a taxi!As an organised individual, I booked my ticket for the bus to downtown Lima online, before I left for South America. When you come through arrivals at the airport, it isn't apparent where you actually catch the bus. Eventually, after asking for help, I was directed to leave the terminal building and cross to the other side of the hotel opposite, where the coach parking is. When I went to board the bus, the ticket inspector told me that I had not bought the correct ticket and had to pay an extra 13 soles. According to him, there are different prices for visitors and for locals, and I had purchased a ticket for Peruvian nationals, using the website made for Peruvian nationals to use. What puzzles me is that there was no information on the website indicating this when I booked. I also speak no Spanish and the website I used was fully presented in English. If I was using the wrong website, as he alleged, and it was intended for Peruvian nationals (where the official language is Spanish) then why was this website presented in English? Being a wary individual, I was pretty certain I was being scammed, but on contact with the oganiser, it seems there are different pricing structures and this is mandated by the airport owners. After boarding the bus, it never stopped at all of the stops listed on the website and seemed to be providing a personal drop off service for each passenger. Whilst this is good, and I had told the ticket inspector that I was getting off at Larcomar (a listed stop) to meet a tour, the bus never stopped at Larcomar. I had to complain, at which point the bus turned around and headed back towards the stop which had been missed. This, however, resulted in me being quite late for the tour I had booked. Had the bus simply stopped at the advertised stops according to their timetable, then I would have had plenty of time. If i ever return to Peru then I will not be using this service and I would not recommend anyone to. Whilst a taxi may be more expensive, I would suggest it is more reliable and trustworthy than this shambolic service. I have flown to many airports across the world and used many different forms of public transport to get myself to my final destination, but have never experienced incompetence at this level!Visited June 2018Traveled soloWritten July 1, 2018

I recently landed in Lima from South Africa, having little to no comprehension of Spanish I was a little apprehensive about how I would get to my hotel in miraflores.
After doing some research online I stumbled across "airport express lima" and duly booked a ticket online.
When I arrived in Lima, their counter was easily to locate, the staff members were very friendly and spoke English well.
In addition to showing me to the bus, they also printed out a map for me so that I could easily locate my hotel from the closest drop off point.
The busses are very modern (comfortable seating, wifi and the inclusion of USB charging ports was a nice touch)
Before reaching the applicable drop off point I was reminded by name that i needed to disembark and once off the bus, the staff member clearly explained to me how to reach my hotel.
Fantastic service all round from start to finish!!

We used this bus from Lima airport to Miraflores.
Tickets are 8 usd each which is much higher than their competitor QuickLllama (15 soles each)
Overall, good experience, but next time we will use Quickllama due to the price difference.

Hi Dmytro,
Excellent to read they you enjoyed our service and that you had a great experience. We are always happy when our customers are happy!
Just a note to the reader:
All of our buses have the following attributes:
-36 comfortable seats, with sponge foam pads for added comfort.
- High-tech temperature controlled air system, to ensure it is never too hot or too cold.
-LCD TVs on board, so you can sit back and enjoy our TV channel with practical information about Lima.
-Highest quality brake and suspension system, to ensure a smooth and seamless journey.
-Free Wi-Fi on board, so you can tell your family and friends that you have arrived safely.
-USB ports to charge your phone, tablet, kindle and camera.
-GPS monitoring system allowing us to track our buses every step of the way, and monitor driver speed.
Then it is of course up to the reader if they for 5 soles less want less attributes like no WiFi, no USB ports and then of course travel in a van instead of a big comfortable bus with loads of leg space.
Thanks for choosing to travel with us. We hope you enjoyed your time in Lima

A few days ago I used this service to go from the Lima Airport to Miraflores. The waiting for the bus to leave was very uncomfortable. Not because of the length of time but because of the smell of fumes from sitting idling while waiting for passengers and luggage to board. If I had had a carbon Dioxide meter it may have exploded as it registered the levels of fumes. Diesel engines do not need to be kept running while waiting. It is a misconception that shutting them and restarting is difficult or causes problems or damage. It also does nor use more fuel to do this. Also the WiFi did not work and this seems to be a fals promise that was present two years ago when I used this service and it is still unavailable. It was inconvenient to be able to reach a reliable and safe taxi as UBER was nor available due to my phone not having a WiFi connection. The staff was helpful and the driver was able to take us to our destination in spite of Lima’s traffic. Kudos for this.

We are also travelling to Pool Paradise Lima and were considering this bus service. However, we land after midnight and saw that it's a 9 minute walk from the closest stop in Miraflores to the hostel. Is it a safe walk in the middle of the night to get to the hostel or would it be safer to take a taxi?
thank you!

Miraflores is a relatively safe area of the city. It's the more touristy area. I also landed after midnight and took this bus service to my hotel in Miraflores. They told me how to get to hotel from my stop, gave me info on the local area, and provided a safe, comfortable ride from the airport.
This service is much safer than a taxi, simply because anyone with a car can call themselves a taxi in Lima. You'll be bombarded by taxi drivers at the airport and won't know which ones are legitimate or not. If you plan to go this route, I would suggest Uber as there is at least some vetting process there.
