Delicious! Must visit!
Sep 2015 • Couples
We were taken here after our free walking tour through Cuzco and I'm glad we were. We returned for dinner a few days later. I had the gnocchi and Belgian beef stew - both delicious and my husband had the Rosti and grilled chicken. Owned by a Belgian, this is a fun and inventive place to visit where you can also receive an education about the history of potatoes in Peru and have them turned into old favourite dishes from across the globe. You can even try a camote sour.. A sweet potato twist on the old Pisco sour.. You can almost chew it!
My only suggestion would be... As an Australian introducing the potato bake to the menu for a down under addition!
Bon appetite!

Excellent Restaurant/Museum with all varieties of potatoe

Generallly Papa Mueso is separated in two Parts the Museum and the Restaurant. The Museum is an interesting addition but in my opinion not the main attraction, which is the Restaurant. Here you can taste different potatoe dishes and add different like several alpaca or some european dishes and garnish it with like 15 sauces. Of course the restaurant serves the obligatory potatoe vodka ;) (i can recomend vodka sour).
A further Highlight is the frozen Ice as desert.
