We knew what we wanted to see and more or less specified the itinary. PerouTours has organized the whole 3 weeks trip with all the hotels, flights, buses, private cars, guided tours, etc. We organized everything communicating per email. Everything worked perfectly well, everything was on schedule, we were picked up from the airport, hotel, transported to the next event, picked up for guided tours. We were very happay with the service and also personal attention.

It was our first trip to Peru. We knew about Machu Picchu but had no idea about other places to see around Cuzco. We knew that it is perhaps themost important place historically in Peru. We contacted Perou tours and Nelida came back to us with a detail proposal including each day activity and trips. She guided us with everything and purchased each ticket, arranged for cars, guides etc. during our stay. It was truly a breeze when we arrived. She picked us up from the airport and arranged for every details throughout the time and after four days, their driver dropped us at the airport. It could not be any better. She was pretty inexpensive also. I highly recommend her.

We just came back from our trip to Lima, Cusco & Machupicchu. It is not easy to arrange transportation for a group of 12 persons. We were 3 families of 4. From the first communication with Mr. Renan, in August 2016, he was very nice to deal with and very prompt to answer any questions we had. He suggested places to visit and he accommodated our needs. The companies Perou Tours and Real Inka Car are reliable and profesional. They have the personal service of Mr. Renan in Cusco along with some other workers like Walter our interpreter in the Sacred Valley & Romel in Lima. We highly recommend Mr. Renan Tapia for any services in Peru. Thank You! We all enjoyed your kindness and professionalism.

Me and my friend were very hesitant at first; we don't know what to expect. First, because it's our first time traveling in South America, and second, it's just the two of us. But when Nelida replied to my query, we finally decided to take a package from them. We tailored our own itinerary and Nelida was very flexible with it. The transfers were smooth; and the guides were very good. Maria Isabel, our guide for the sacred valley tour was very sweet and very informative. We finished the day with so much fun and facts. Our Machupicchu guide, Alberto, opened our minds and let us experience Machupicchu in all its many aspects. And, giving us tip to stay till 2pm (when it's not too crowded and the sunlight is perfect) to take beautiful pictures is very helpful. I will definitely refer Perou Tours to my friends who are planning to visit Peru in the future!

My family and I wanted to go on a trip to Cuzco. At the time, I was in London and I thought the arrangements were rather hard to make from there. Luckily I found the Perou Tours website and got in touch with Renan (Perou Tours Manager). After filling the contact information form on their website Renan came back with all the information I asked for, even gave me his phone number to arrange further details. The contact as well as the tours were in Spanish. Once arrived in Cuzco, Renan took us in a mini van from Cuzco to Ollantaytambo for us to catch the train to Aguas Calientes. Renan is a very good driver, and the trip was very pleasant. After coming back from Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu we re-arranged the pick up time with Renan a couple times. He is very flexible and patient with us. He also was very attentive and knowledgeable of all the places we went. Even my 89-year old grandma enjoyed the trip. We took the Sacred Valley tour and the City tour with Renan, all was organised around our needs and limitations. With Perou tours we definitely made the most of the very limited time we had in Cuzco All in all, for a trip to Cuzco I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Perou Tours, it saves you lots of time and hassle organising tours in Cuzco directly. The price we were given was very reasonable for the whole tour.
