Anna from the tour office was so helpful. She (luckily) convinced us to do the Salkantay even though we were really scared of doing given that it’s a challenging trek. We also wanted to do the MP mountain and go back by train and she also help us to coordinate everything. All the information was provided in full including all the extra costs during the trek. She was profesional and honest about everything and gave us some extra tips. I would recommend this agency and specially Anna. The Salkantay Trek was provided by KB tours and it was great. Everything was clear and taken care of, our guide Brandon was excellent , friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was good and sufficient. The only thing I didn’t like was that some of the sleeping bags were too thin for the first night which is the coldest one. The Salkantay Trek is amazing , walking through mountains and glaciers and later into the Amazon’s. It is a unique experience. It can be challenging the second day but in my team there were two gentleman of 65 and 72 years old and they did it just fine. Overall an amazing and unforgettable experience . Thanks Anna and KB tours!!

We book a tour to humantay lagoons in Peru. Anna assist us she is lovely and gave us her whatsaap in case of anything happens. We went in the tour was a mistake with the bus supposed to be for 15 people but they place us in one with 27. The tour was good we believe the tour guide needs to give more information. The food was good and the hike was wonderful. When we back in Cusco I send a chat to the lady explained the problem with the bus. She came to the hotel to apologise for the mistake and give us back the extra money we paid. She is a Very nice lady and very profesional. I would recommend Anna tour agency she’s great. Thanks again.

We had a super time. Anjel was especially helpful and was always in touch with us to make sure our trip was going well. We had a great time. Just try to spread things out a little otherwise it gets a little hectic. Also, the trip to Pisac was a bit of a let down as we only had about 20 minutes to walk around which was just not a nice way to experience the place. Otherwise 10/10.

So typically I would give them an average rating of 3 but am deciding to give them a rating of 4. Reason being that first they need this rating second, they are no different than any other travel agency in the town. We booked a day trip to go see rainbow mountain with them and trip went as planned. Note that I am not recommending to use them or not because all the travel companies are the same. They just sell tickets for other companies who actually run the tours. In our case the rainbow mountain day trip was run by a company called 'friends of the nature'. Shop around and get the best deal you can we paid about S/ 62 per person all inclusive for the trip.

Went to a bunch of tour agencies before picking Puma for out Cusco travel needs. They had good prices, comfortable buses, and a representative that was attentive to our needs. We spoke to Maria Antoaneta and she was incredibly helpful. She helped us build an itinerary based on our calendar and answered all of our questions, giving advice when called for. She was very sincere with her opinions and we even got to book ziplining for our last day, something we would never have chosen had it not been for her guidance. She even gave me her phone number and told me to call if we had any issues, whatever time of the day. Only had one incident in which they didnt have our names on the list, gave her a call, and the problem was solved by placing us in another tour group, still had a lovely evening in the end. Ask for her and dont get discouraged by all the tour agencies, most of them work together and you end up on the same bus anyways, no need to go to one of the expensive agencies!
