The Peru Agency was great from pickup at the airport to drop off. We had booked through a travel agent and they recommended this tour package for us. Our package was a private tour and guide and We spent 3 days in Cusco and used it as our base to go to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.
In total there were three guides and two drivers for our entire time here.
Kate was our transfer and logistics guide. She greeted us at the airport and provided us with the information and tickets of all the sites we were going to.
Erica was our guide for the Sacred Valley, and city Cusco tour. She was very informative, helpful and we liked that she went at our pace. We also were able to spend as much or as little time in places we enjoyed and didn’t.
Jesus was our guide who met us at Machu Picchu. He was very funny and charismatic. He too was very knowledgeable and knew all the great spots for photos and took some great photos for us.
Marco was our driver for all the locations except for one trip. He was very pleasant, the car was clean and he even provided us with umbrellas in case it rained. Marco helped us with our luggage, opened doors for us and also asked what music we wanted to listen to in the car.
Our last driver was unnamed. He didn’t really speak much at all and just drove the car. I don’t really have any complaints about the driver himself but I guess he didn’t go the extra mile like Marco. What we feel could be improved however was the car itself. The driver or someone had hidden all the seatbelts so they weren’t easily accessible under this seat cover he had on the seats. He started driving and it took us awhile to find the seatbelts, pry them out from under the seats and our hands were black which means they’re not being used or accessible for clients. I know many people don’t wear seatbelts but we wanted the option to and to have it in working, easily accessible order.
Overall the experience was great from beginning to end. Even that unnamed driver wasn’t the worst but we thought could be improved on. Would travel with this agency again!

We booked a two week trip through Peru Agency and have nothing but praises for their service. Jesus was very responsive through WhatsApp when we were planning the trip and even helped rearrange things when we missed our connecting flight at JFK due to weather delays at 11:00 pm on a Friday evening.
They included all of our requested activities (rafting, paragliding, ATV tour, zip lining, via Ferrata, along with the visits to various archaeological sites, Machi Picchu, and Rainbow Mountain from Cisco and sacred valley, a stay in the Peruvian Amazon, and activities in and around Lima) in the two weeks we had and spread them around in a way that no single day felt too tiring or empty.
They executed the planned trip without any surprises and their people were available through WhatsApp whenever we had any questions or needed recommendations.
I highly recommend Peru Agency and plan on going with them when we visit Bolivia and a couple of other areas of Peru.

Every person we worked with through the agency was personable, helpful, informative, and punctual. We especially recommend our experience hiking the short (6 hour) Inka Trail to Machu Picchu. The guides were all prepared and accommodating to our needs throughout the entire journey.

What an amazing once in a lifetime experience! We we're blessed with a perfectly sunny day and our guide Jesús was simply the best! He knew all the right places to stop for the best pictures which was so helpful because we couldn't stop goggling at the views. Pictures will never do Machu Picchu justice and you simply must go. If you can request Jesús for your guide you won't be disappointed. He is sensitive to when to stop for rests, full of information, and just a pleasure to spend time with. He genuinely wants you to enjoy yourselves. What great memories we made on this trip! We'll never forget. If you can go to once place in Peru - make it Machu Picchu. Even as we were leaving I was still turning in circles taking in the view. In a word - breathtaking. Thanks again Jesús for making our trip so great!

Machu pichu was great but so very crowded. Peru rail was so great. We lived that, but inca rail was terrible. We did not like them at all. We were sad we had to go with them when our itinerary was messed up. But that was our only bad experience.
We loved Eddie and Katy and our guides were kind and friendly and on time. besides that one mistake, everything was great 👍

We had an excellent trip. Our tour guides were very informative. We went to Machu Pichu and did a city tour. All of the food was delicious. The hotel was nice. We had all the amenities. Nice showers. We recommend this trip and agency to everyone.

Miguel, our tour guide, made our experience to machupicchu a great time!!! He explained the history so well and made it very entertaining. He took the greatest pictures and videos from all different angles and we were so pleased with the results. My family had a great time and we loved the view from all angles. If we go back, we would call Miguel again!!! Definitely recommend this agency.

Very well organized, everyone exactly on time. All vouchers and tickets delivered perfectly. Guides and drivers were very knowledgeable.
Found the Double room at the Abittare Hotel too small but upgraded to Superior Queen and it was great. Very nice staff at the hotel, helpful and provided great service.
