Honestly very happy, we have done all the excursions from Puno and Cusco with them and everything was great. Joysi is always attentive to everything, her prices are the best and the services are great, I totally recommend her, in fact I have already done it to travelers I have met in Peru and they are all delighted.

My wife and I took a day trip to Lake Titicaca where we visited one of the Uros Islands and later to Taquile Island. This was an epic experience. I had first learnt about the Uros people in geography class as teen and was fascinated that people could create and island and live on it. The tour guide was very knowledge about their customs, practices and history...he was able to answer any question he was asked.
It was impressive to see how self sufficient and organised the people of Taquille Island were. All together this was a memorable experience and I would definitely recommend this tour company.

The tours were great. Victoria is extremely professional and conscientious. More importantly, her transportation service was unparalleled. We had a difficult time finding private transportation and rental cars were impossible. Victoria provided fantastic private airport transfers from Juliaca to Puno as well as private transportation and a guide from Puno to the Bolivian side of Lake Titicaca, Copacabana and La Paz. They picked us up from our hotel for tours of Uros and onto Bolivia. Victoria personally came to our hotel to be sure everything was arranged perfectly! Great service. It was bad weather but the tour to Uros and an exemplar reed island was very interesting.
The driver Victoria sent us with, Beto Duran Cruz was THE BEST! He walked across the bridge with us into Bolivia and stayed right by our side as we obtained Bolivian visas in Desaguadero and finally onto La Paz. I cannot praise him enough. During the trip he stopped at several interesting Inca sights, an amazing colonial church built in 1700 in Pomato and gorgeous mountain and lake views. If you need transportation in the region, look no further. Reasonable prices and reliable service. Be sure to ask for Beto. You won't be sorry.

We did daily tour to Uros and Taquile and it was great. Everyone says "touristy" so I expected caos but in the end it wasn't that at all. Yes, you are on the island with 20 other people and you have a feeling that it is a bit set-up stage, but than again it is unique opportunity to see the culture and learn about it. I loved Taquille even more- people are so welcoming, nice and friendly and it was great getting to know their customs and traditions. Plus, food they prepared us was terrific! Our guide was Manuel, who by the way, was best in Peru considering language-his English is really excellent. And we also got speedy boat trip for the price of regular boat trip because of the low season. Plus the pick up service and professional organization.

I loved this trip by boat on the lake. We had 2 stops on the way. The floating islands of Uros was deffinitely a good surprise. We were shown how locals live and how they make their islands . Then we stopped at Taquile , an island 32 km away from Puno. It was a nice expericene too. The guide was very good.

My girlfriend and I did the half day basic tour for the floating islands. We planned the full day tour but I didn't feel good and luckily the company agreed to change the tour on a short notice.
The tour itself was interesting although the guide wasn't really good - he didn't look really motivated to explain and his English could've been better.
I also didn't like leaving us in an island with restaurants and gift shops for more than an hour without the possibility of leaving...

We booked 3 tours with Victoria. She was very professional patience and helpful.
1.Machu Picchu from Cusco – 2 days with night in Aquas Caliente.
2.Tour Bus – La Ruta del Sol from Cusco to Puno.
3.Luxury speedboat to Taquile, Uros and other island where we had Pachamanka lunch.
I have forward 30% payment, and other 70% I have paid in Puno. Big thanks to Maritza for going with us to the Mercado when I have to repair my photo camera to be our translator and negotiator.
I can highly recommended this agency and their service. Victoria I Maritza thank you again, and best of luck.

Beto drove us to visit Silustani ruins.
He not only drove us there but told us about history, archeology and local culture.
I absolutely recommend contacting him for any tours in Puno area. He is an expert and clearly passionate about his job and Peru.

You can also search for Great Trip Titikaka E.I.R.L or Greattriptitikaka and you will find the email. Highly recommend them. Can arrange everything to your schedule and good price.
