Excellent tour package at an affordable price. Great service provided by Alejandra and her team. Attention to details, she explained each tour (city tour, sacred Valley Machu Picchu, marsh and moray) in details and what to expect. Tour guides are knowledgeable and helpful. Punctual start and end times. We really enjoyed it and are happy with the service. Highly recommend.

My friend and I did the Express Salkantay and Rainbow mountain with Inka altitude. All was well organised, apart from some mis-information on Macchu Picchu arrival - but except that all was good. Our guide on the Sakantay was great and we were able to adjust the plan based on our speed, which allowed us to explore more!

My boyfriend and I did two treks with Inka Altitude. We went to Laguna Humantay and Rainbow Mountain. Even from the planning stages, through my emails with Alejandra, I could already tell their customer service was going to be exceptional. We had breakfast and lunch close to the hike trails but our tour guides, Especially Dennis at Laguna Humantay, were really the motivation through the tough hikes. Between the friendliness of the staff and guiding us through the mountains, I have got to say Inka Altitude has nailed it!

Overall great experience, we had a nice breakfast on our way to the lake, Dennis, our guide was very professional, kind and funny all the time, the hiking could be hard for some people but the view and lake are worthy. Highly recommended

Humantay Lake and the mountains around the location are spectacular but if you can get a great guide to help you get there and help you get up that hill, it makes the trip much more worth it! We had Edwin as our guide for this trip and he was excellent - not just excellent, we were super lucky to have him as our guide!! Edwin met us at our hotel the night before the trip to give us the schedule and brief us on the trek. He was right on time the next morning to pick us up. It was a long ride from Cusco. We had breakfast and started up to Lake Humatay. I was already not feeling well and he was very supportive and kept a close eye on me the entire time. I had my 16 year old daughter and 13 year old son with me and they are perfectly fit to do this trek - I'm not in great shape but we did it. He advised us the night before to bring cash in case we needed a horse and at the last opportunity up the hill, we got horses. By that time I was pretty exhausted and he knew it. Edwin was in supreme condition - he could beat the horse up the hill and he could probably climb that hill twice before I could go down once. I needed a lot of stops and Edwin kept my kids engaged and active while I slowed our pace, We did get to the top and Edwin took my kids around the ridges of the lake to get spectacular pictures while I stayed low and recovered from the uphill climb. Because of Edwin, my kids had the best time at this trek because I alone could have ruined it with my pace. The way down was difficult for me and Edwin knew the trails so well that he led us down the easiest way, all the time, he kept a very close eye on me to make sure I was ok. We used the oxygen once for a little and he got some scented oils that helped me with respiration. He knew exactly what to do. Once we got below, they had a great lunch while I recuperated in the van and then they did the bike ride down. .Edwin rode up front and the van followed. The bike equipment was excellent and exactly the right sizes for all. The scenery on that ride was also spectacular and Edwin was the absolute best guide and made that trip truly unforgettable for us!! If you get Edwin to guide you, you are in the best possible hands!! If you are staying in Cusco and you have one day to go to the lake - this is the tour you want to take!!
