What an amazing experience and three days with the team! Everyone was so lovely and welcoming, very caring and wanted us to have a great time. Whether it be Marco our guide showing us the wonderful forest, animals and plants, Wilhmer our great driver always smiling or our great cook serving us fantastic meals with so much food in the middle of the Amazon forest! The walks in the forest were very informative, the boat on the river was beautiful and even night walks and fishing. Don't hesitate go for it you will not regret it :)

My friend and I did a 3D/2N tour- one of the shortest available and it was still absolutely incredible. It was worth every penny. Everybody from our guide (Marco) to the taxi and boat drivers and cook were all incredible. The food was great. The information Marco gave was phenomenal. We learned a lot. The only thing bad about this tour— I WISH I HAD MORE TIME. I wish I had more time to spend, but due to our short trip it was all that we could manage. One day I will return, and will definitely book with the same agency.

We had a wonderful trip into the jungle with Marco! We saw several different kinds of monkeys and birds. I learned a lot about different jungle plants. The beds in the huts were very comfortable! The food was delicious! Marco was very helpful during the entire process. He told us what to expect each day and we enjoyed our time with him and his team! Highly recommend!

We had planned a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Peru. One of the things we wanted to do was see as much of the Amazon in a few days as we could while we were so close to the famed jungle area. I searched online and found several places that offer 3-day tours. By luck of the draw, I chose this place. My inquiries were quickly answered by Marco and he seemed very pleasant and helpful. I booked a 3-day/2-night tour to Manu for my wife an I on January 25, 2020 with the required $200 deposit. Our tour was to be May 31 to June 2, 2020. We still hoped to go, even as there were reports of Covid-19 outbreaks. In mid-April, 2020, our flight to Peru was cancelled. So I then had to go about cancelling all our reservations; train tickets, Machu Picchu, hotel reservations and this Amazon Tour. I emailed Marco on April 16, 2020 and said we had to cancel and that I wanted a refund. He stated that the Covid-19 was getting better in Peru and we should continue with the tour. I explained that our flight was cancelled and we could not possibly do so. He then said that he could not give a refund and we should book a later date. I said I would rather get the refund and promised to re-book with him when the pandemic was over, possibly in 2021. He later emailed that he would give me 50% refund ($100). On May 13, 2020, I had not heard from or received a refund so I asked when I could expect it. He replied that they were in quarantine until June and could do nothing. I wrote back and said, since they were quarantined how could they even fulfill the tour I already reserved and paid for? I said they should ethically refund the money due to the pandemic. I never heard from Marco again even though I inquired 4 more times and pleaded with him to send the refund. Nothing but silence from this company and zero refund. Nearly everything else I pre-paid for was refunded. Anyone planning a trip to Peru should avoid this company at all costs and book elsewhere. They have no ethics and are only helpful until they get your money.

We trawled the highstreet trying to find the perfect trip to the Amazon. Just before Christmas there were not a huge amount of trips to choose from. We were offered several private tours but as 2 girls and with a previous poor experience from another country we were sure we wanted to go on a group tour. When we stepped into Marcos office he offered a group tour with 4 other girls... excellent but only 2 days in duration. We asked him are there any other longer tours leaving. He said yes, tomorrow one is leaving for 4 days. We asked is this a group, which he confirmed it was. We asked how many people and which nationalities to confirm. We were advised 3 others from America and Germany. Great! A price was agreed $500 USD for 4 nights, group tour with "Miguel". Directly before we handed over the cash we confirmed "so we are definitely a group of 5 with 2 americans and one german' which was again confirmed by Marco. We luckily only paid half the money at our own request and left the office at 7pm. Excited for our 530am start. On the morning of our tour "juan" turns up in a rickety mini bus with our names on a list but nobody else on the bus, no other names on the list, and no knowledge that anybody else was ever supposed to be on the tour. We phoned Marco to complain. His story changed numerous times from the story he had given us only 10hours prior. He said a child had got sick, he was going to a hostel but couldnt tell us where or which one. Only the previous night no mention of a child. Repeatedly he told us to "just go on the tour". We felt cheated and vulnerable. Marco sold us a lie and he was very good at it too. We had made it very clear we wanted to go as a group and we had been offered cheaper private tours which we did not want. Upset, we went back to bed and headed to the office for a refund later on in the day when more people would be on the highstreet - even though Marco had made it very clear on the phone we wouldn't get one. We explained in the office exactly why we were upset. Marco refused to understand or prove that any americans, germans or sick children existed. He returned less than half our money to get us our the shop. I feel Marco will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to book the tour. My advice is do not book with him.
