Review of: Rainbow Mountain - Winicunca Full Day
I read many of the other reviews and they said many good things about the tour and I am suspect we would also have had a good tour but we were never picked up. We payed 130 soles per person 2 days in advance for a tour of the rainbow mountain. We were told that a bus would pick us up at 4.20 am - 4.40 am. We were never picked up. We tried calling the agency multiple times and waited for a good half hour after 4.40 until we went back to sleep. We went to the agency to get our money back the same day. We had to wait again for almost 30 minutes until someone showed up. Fortunately we at least got our money back but everything else was terrible. I travelled half way around the world to see this mountain and the agency couldn't even be bothered to inform us that the tour was cancelled or answer our calls in the morning. The person at the agency also told us that they don't actually do the tours but instead sell the tickets to a different agency. I would not recommend this agency, it is a waste of your money. …
