The best trip of my life with my parents! Urpi Trek was so careful with everything. We love Harold. He made the time for us. Really licely private tour. Really honest. Looking forward to go back with more people. Thanks a lot!

Left stranded at Ollantaytambo train station

We booked a one day bus- train trip to Machu Picchu yesterday, March 20, 2017. We got back to the train station and no one was there to meet with us. Eventually we found someone who was willing to call Maria, the booking agent for the agency. The kind lady had to argue with Maria to make her pay for our fares back to Cusco on the mini bus of another group.
We were unhappy that Maria did not provide the service that we had paid for.
