You have paid for Machu Picchu + Huayna Picchu mountain entrance tickets instead of the ticket you asked for, which was only the Machu Picchu entrance fee. If you still have your admission tickets you can verify this information. This mistake was not seen on time by either party, we will make sure that we check this better ourselves in the future. So, we indeed have S/.48 soles we would like to refund you, we have contacted you by email to see how we can do this.
