We got there with the Salcantay trail. We were worried that it would not be safe. The had Pezel harnesses and I could see that the guide was experienced and friendly. It was very nice. 4 long zipline and rope bridge.

Because we read about a tourist who died there a few years before and after we read the paper we had to sign, we didn't want to go (foto). From this moment on they were very unfriendly. The woman who work there, gave our places for transport to two other peoples saying that we lost our places for continuing transport because we didn't went zip-lining. We booked a package at a travel agency (inca-jungle-trek) and transport was clearly included. The woman was very respectless and arogant and wanted us to pay extra for transport. We called the travel-agency and they organized an alternative transport.

Serious safety incident
As part of my trip in South America me and two of my friends came to enjoy the zipline adventure, the experience was not relevant as one of the instructors Named Diego grabbed on of my female friends while she’s in the air without no way to defend herself and touched her private part of her body, she was speechless as an act like this never happened to her in the past, this type of behavior isn’t acceptable under no circumstances all the more so preying on vulnerable victims. No one should come close to these scums. after the complete shock we immediately reached out the local police to file a complain, I hope these words come to the right eyes! They don’t deserve a dime. I hope I helped preventing future cases.

We came to Inka flyer Omega at Santa teresa. the instructor named JULIO ANDREDA decided it was okay to touch me and another girls in our intimate places before he realise us to the Omega. Not for a moment, not accidentally, aggressively with an innocent face. I was really trying to get his hands off me as I hung between the sky and the earth, tied to the rope with no ability to respond, because only him was responsible for the moment that would release me to the other side of the mountain. Only he can decide when he stops touching me without my will. I tried really hard to get his hand out, he didn't let go and then sent me to the omega. He just took advantage of the moment we give him full confidence in Extreme facilities. Me and the girls who were with me filed a complaint with the Peruvian police after shouting at this zero. Hope they don't pass it on to him in silence. Sexual harassment is prohibited and wrong anywhere in the world
