They planned out a 2 day tour to Machu Pichu for 3 people and it was amazing. Everything went smoothly and the guides were great. I highly recommend using them for any trip they offer. Also, the prices were really good.

This trip was an adventure of a lifetime! Our guide, jimmy, was a very kind, patient and knowledgeable guide! I felt very safe with this group and felt like I learned a ton about Peruvian culture, food, and lifestyle. Would definitely recommend!

Our overall experience during the short inca trail which was 2 days and 1 night was incredible! We have to admit that our group of 4 experienced some physical difficulties with the hike but our guide Omar was really great with us and he did a great job at motivating us but allowing us to move at our pace and we never felt rushed. It was quite the shocker when we were done and reflected on how we struggled but accomplished the hike nevertheless. Omar as a guide had a lot of insight about the local culture and we learned so much from him during the second day of our tour. Dinner was delicious! We did experience a slight hickup with the returning bus connection to Cusco after the train and it took communicating with the Inka Trail Backpacker's faculty directly to get ir sorted but they quickly offered us a solution and reimbursed us for additional costs without any hesitation. Overall I would recommend this agency for the short inca trail and it was a fun and not fancy trip but there is no need for fancy when in Machu Pichu.

This is the first time Tripadvisor ratings let us down, though the reviews were for other tours. We took the Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain day trip tour and our guide was Luis and had a really bad experience with them, and don't recommend going with them. As you probably know the altitude is really high and some people might have trouble breathing. When we started the tour, the guide just said let's go let's go, and even didn't wait for some of us who were in the bathroom. He just rushed to the second stopping point and on the way there my wife had trouble breathing, but he was nowhere in sight and couldn't here us to help in any way (they are supposed to have oxygen mask). In any other tour that we took guides always make sure everyone is in the sight in case something happens. Besides this, Luis didn't give us any explanation on why the mountains look like this and have multiple colors. In short, if you just want a ride to there, there are cheaper options for almost half the price. Also, if you're worried about altitude and having trouble with breathing, definitely avoid this company.

Unfortunately, this is not the type of review we wanted to replay , After we took more that 2000 people througth Palccoyoc Rainbow Mountian last year. This is the first time we heard that our guide were not profesional as you mentioned, We can understook that our tour guide can not be perfect, but it seem that you took it personal, Try to please people in any group tour service is always really dificult, however we will do all our best to keep improved our service
