Cristina was a wonderful instructor. You could tell she was passionate about her work. She even gave us tips on how to prepare the lomo saltado dish at home; useful for us home cooks who can't have fiery woks. Highly recommend if you're in Cusco.

i emailed chef directly and was provided the reservation form via email! also booked when i was already there! just stopped by the restaurant to pay and finalize reservation!
