Chef Jose - the host with the most! He shares all of his culinary and historical knowledge with you. His patriotism is so refreshing - one proud Peruvian! Wish we could have kept the aprons.

Chef Jose is smart, charming, funny and passionate. My family and I (2 teenagers) loved the class. Highly recommend. We have done cooking classes on other trips that were excellent, this one was by far the best we have done anywhere.

A friend suggested we do this while in Cusco. We had a rainy afternoon one day while we were there and this was the perfect way to fill it. We learned lots and had so much fun!
