We really enjoyed our tour. Luis was great for organizing and explaining all the components of a last minute booking to Machu Picchu. He was thorough and adaptable. The whole journey was smooth and our guide to Machu Picchu was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour. Thank you.

Great trip! Lake is beautiful, hike is challenging but doable. Tour guide was very friendly, i was the only non- spanish speaker but they still accommodate me in english. And they had the best price among other tour operators.
Only improvement point, it would be good a night before to confirm pick up. I only got the communication the morning of the hike.

I booked a day trip to Machu Picchu with this agency via Expedia. Luis contacted me after a few hours and said he wanted to meet me at my hotel the next day to discuss about the trip. Without me confirming the meet-up, he appeared at my hotel at 630am. The first thing he told me that the agency can't do day trip as the tickets is not available via online. I need to be at Aguas Calientes to purchase the tickets over the counter. He could have told me all this on the day he contacted me. On top of what I've already paid to Expedia, i need to pay them extra money. Usd $30 for the hotel in Aguas calientes and 50 soles for the ticket entrance to Machu Picchu which already included in Expedia. They passed me my tickets to Ollantaytambo and to Agua calientes. Once I'm in Aguas Calientes, they basically just don't care and leave you stranded at the train station. Their representative came 50 mins late for the pick up at train station, and they gave me a hotel up high on the hill. Once i got my ticket to MP, another tour guide texted me on the timing to meet up on the next day. Once i reported to him, he decided to leave without telling me. I have to text him and asked his whereabouts. Then he told me, just stay with the guy hat gave me the shuttle bus ticket to MP. After that another tour guide came and took all of us from the second guy to bring us to meeting point for the shuttle bus to MP. Trust me, this whole process is so messy and confusing. The tour guide that brought us to MP don't even know how many of us are from Christpher Lula's group. The only thing that i like about this trip is our tour guide Edgar.

Erickson Travel Peru´s Humantay Lake tour was a remarkable experience. The beauty of the lake was second only to the expertise and warmth of the tour guides. Their knowledge of local culture and nature enriched the trip, making it more than just sightseeing. The tour is a mist for anyone visiting Peru. Thanks to our tour cordinator Ram and tour guide Luis for such an outstanding support from start to end.

My recent day trip to Humantay Lake with Erickson Travel Incorporated was nothing short of fantastic. From the awe inspiring landscape to the top tierservice from their team of professionals, this was a day to remember.
Our guide was not only well-informed about the area and its history, but also excuded a contagious enthusiasm that made the day extra sepcial. The journey to the lake was filled with scenic vistas and nuggets of local folklore, making every moment engaging.
Upon reaching the humantay lake, we were greeted by the enchantingsight of the turquiose waters set against the dramatic snow capped peaks. It is a view that takes your breath away , a perfect reward for the trek.
Erickson Travel Peru ensured a smooth, comfortable experience throughout the day. The transportation was reliable and the schedule was perfectly paced, allowing us enough time to truly soak in the beauty of the lake and its surroundings.
In conclusion, the Humantay lake trip with Erickson Travel Peru is an absolute must for anyone visiting Peru. their professionalism, combined with the stunning beauty of Humantay Lake, makes this day trip an unforgettable experience.

Second to none, this was quite a trip. The hike was longer than expected but the scenic views along the way compensated for all the effort we took. The guide was very nice and shared many useful information about the trek and local communities. The lake is quite high and we got closer the buffetting winds made it even more challenging. However, it was well worth the visit as it is too serene and nestled in the Andes away from the touristic crowds. The drive was quite long with well planned stops and we never felt rushed or hurried. Luis is a gem of a person and highly reccommend the tour aand the company.

I recently had he pleasure of embarking on an awe-inspiring tour to Lake Humantay with Erickson Travel and I cannot emphasize enough how incredible the experience was. Our guide, Luis played an integral role in making this trip a truly unforgettable adventure.
Right from the beginning, it was evident that Erickson Trave priortizes cusctomr satisfaction and strives for exellence. The booking process was seamless, and the team was responsive and accommodating, ensuring all our queries were promptly addressed.
Upon arrival at our designated meeting point, I was immediately greeted by Luis, a remarkable guide who exuded passion, knowledge, and a genuine love for the region. His warm and friendly demeanor put everyone at ease, creating an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation.
Through the journey, Luis´expertise and professionalism shone through. This is a great way to consolidate seeing the sacred valley in one day. You learn about the Inca culture and seen many important and fascinating archaeological sites. My husband and I were the only English speakers on the entire tour however, the tour guide, Alex, was excellent and made sure to accommodate us.

Did this with my partner and both of us felt very convinced after the tour. Luis and Saul were too good and spoke good English as well and knew a lot about the life in US and were discussing many things which really made us forget all the efforts we had to put on hiking. The transport was impeccable and had all useful features like USB charging port and more which was a true bliss to relax and get a nap after the trip on the way back to Cusco. Extremely well worth the money spent.
