We were walking by this spot on a brief stay in Cusco, when through a window I noticed the heavy duty equipment in the kitchen and on spec we checked the place out. It was my friend's birthday, and on the spot we picked up the most amazing orange and lavender cake. We chatted with the baker and enjoyed a... More

We found just a few flavors to choose from. The ice cream was good and the service was fine. There are some other good options in town.

We arrived late in the day and the flavors available were limited but it was still good. Try the chocolate - very high cacao content and not too sweet!

Tucked away off a charming side street in San Blas is El Hada, making the richest ice cream you will ever taste! I sampled the Wild Rose and Plums and Cream flavors and decided to go with the latter. The palate pleasing contrast of tart plums with luscious cream was a winner! The cone was amazing as well, thin but... More

AMAZING. you must go here, the ice cream is intensely flavored and extremely thick and rich. they were sold out of almost everything by the time we got there late in the day but omg! I had caramel and coffee flavors and both were excellent.

We had wonderful icecreams and coffee at this delightfully quaint shop today and I can highly recommend both. The staff were excellent and the ambiance lovely! The cones are S10 for two scoops and coffee at S12 each, so not a cheap treat, but worth every penny.

Most wonderful ice cream! I had the lavender honey ice cream in a homemade vanilla cone and my husband had the lemon pie in a lime cone. It was some of the best ice cream we've ever had!

An absolute must-visit location in Cusco! Gelato "Hecho en San Blas," with all sorts of flavors, traditional and unique! Even in the winter, the cold gelato is a perfect treat for the mid-afternoon, when it's warmed up just enough to take your coat off.

I'm not a big ice-cream fan but I love coffee and El Hada definitely has the best coffee in Cusco. Being from Melbourne Australia (where most of us are coffee snobs) travelling in South America can be hard to get a decent coffee but this place absolutely nails it with nice expresso and very good variations of filter coffee (not... Your beautiful comment has made our day. Thank you for appreciating the care we put in our ice cream and sugar cones. We have the excellent cusqueño milk, cream and eggs to thank for their rich texture. Hope to see you again at the ice cream fairy's little place! All the best, El Hada More
