Excellent excursion on mountain bikes with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. The van picked us up on time, took excellent care of us as we traversed high roads and some downhill on an Inca trail on our sturdy bikes. Visited the agricultural ruins at Moray. We ended the day walking along the edges of the salt pools at Maras.... More

We booked a 5 day tour of the Sacred Valley, surrounding ruins of Cusco and Macchu Picchu. This company helped us not only during our five days but help us coordinate rides, etc the other 3 days we stayed in Cusco. They were available to help answer any questions we had and always got us where we needed to be... More

We booked two private tours with this company. They were both very good. The tour company owner met with us on the first day to make sure everything was in order and we were fully prepared. We were collected on time and the guide, Cesar, was very knowledgeable and informative and explained everything to us in very clear English. Based... More

In September my boyfriend and I did the Sacred Valley tour and 2 day Inca trail with South Adventure Peru and it was absolutely amazing, largely due to the fantastic tour guides! The Sacred Valley was very impressive to see and came alive with the guidance of Irving. It was a group tour and Irving took really good care of... More

After a long morning of trying to find an adequate tour group that was not just there to make a quick buck dropping you off in the sacred valley sites without any knowledge, English skills, etc, we stumbled upon Ruben and his fantastic team who calmed me and my girl down immediately. From the start, they were fantastic in getting... More

We booked several private tours through this company including Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley, Cuzco, and Lake Titicaca. They were amazing to work with!! They knew all of the hotels we were staying at and would contact us the night before so we would know where we were going the next day. Their driver and tour guides were always on time... More

Our group booked walking tours of Ollantaytambo, Pisac, and Cusco, as well as a mountain bike tour which included Moray and the salt mines, with South Adventure Peru Tours. Right when we met with Ruben, Jannet, and others at their office in Cusco, we were pleasantly greeted, offered delicious tea, and given a detailed explanation of the tours. It was... More

Me and my wife did the "Horseback riding around the mountain of Cusco" tour. The tour guide was a very nice guy that helped us a lot during the rain we got during the tour. We visited some very cool places that people can't imagine it exists. We recommend them a lot !

Dear Jill,

I can not imagine how you can post this negative recview against our company , I offered you the tour in a PRIVATE tour and you did not agree to pay $ 440 for a fully private service money and you said the tour was terrible and disappointed ?

I never pressure you to buy the tour. I told you go think about our services and if you if you would like , you can come back but after many hours, you returned to reserve the tour at the last minute .

I told them very clearly that the price paid was shared with bilingual guide group and they said there was no problem because you did not agree to pay $ 440 for a fully private service.

The next day, our staff was waiting for you till 1:00 AM in the train station of Cusco to go to the hotel because there were problems with the train .

Me , my family and team , work hard to keep up our small family business providing the personalized and private tours to all our customers and making their dreams come true.

To clarify about our tours , Our company works with professional guides ( Graduated in the best university of Cusco called, San Antonio Abad del Cusco ) We pay them more than

other companies because they are professional and not just training guides. Our cars are clean and really comfortable.

Basically the PRIVATE tours are based in a personalized service with English speaking guides ( according to languages required ) and really comfortable transport and also we will provide you oxygen and medication for the high altitude sickness if is necessary.

Please, If you think that you paid too much , let me know how can I refund your money of 50% and remove this negative review against our company as you are not being honest with us and we are not optioned to money

Thank you so much
