We had a great experience, the facilities were beautiful, we learned so much and had a great time doing so. The food and drinks were wonderful. We made ceviche, lomo saltado and it included a tropical fruit tasting. Alejandro was our teacher/chef for this class and we had a great time with him! It was a small group setting so we really lucked out with having more of an intimate cooking class experience. Not only was the food & instruction great, but Alejandro is extremely knowledgeable and we really enjoyed learning about Peruvian cuisine. We left feeling excited to cook for our friends when we got back home. Thank you for an all-around wonderful experience!!

Absoluely amazing! Our chef, Jose Luis, walked us through a 1.5 hour experience, making ceviche, a passion fruit and pisco cocktail and Lomo dish. Everything was delicious. Jose was absolutely delightful and very intuitive about each of the dishes and ingredients. 10/10 would recommend to do in Cusco.

The experience was awesome and Cristina was a great host. She told us so much about pisco, helped us perfect our technique and even stayed late with us!

This class is so worth it, just don’t go on your first day in Cusco. I had a case of soroche (altitude sickness) and wasn’t able to enjoy the wonderful beverages, but I have the recipes and experience to take a little bit of Cusco home with me and have a nostalgic moment in a few weeks of a great vacation!!! I thought I knew a lot about pisco before from my semester in Chile, but Peruvian Pisco is serious business.

This was one of our favourite experiences of our trip to Peru! We learned so much about the history of food in Peru, got to cook amazing food, and had overall an amazing time. Criss was very knowledgeable and able to answer our many questions. She made the lesson a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Cusco and would go again if we went back!

Honestly, this class was the highlight of my time in Cusco. Jose and Christian made us feel incredibly welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. They were highly knowledgeable about both the history of pisco and the history of Peru, adding a fascinating layer to the experience. Between the laughs, the ~multiple~ pisco sours, and their passion for Peruvian cuisine, this class is a one of a kind experience I cannot recommend enough. You truly feel like family after.
