I'm a solo female traveller and felt very safe and well taken care of with this travel company! 3d2n Sacred valley + Machu picchu + Cusco city tour is a superb and efficient way to explore this area! Partial deposit is paid online to secure the tour and they offer complimentary pickup from the airport! Fredy was very detailed and quick in his replies to my questions via whatsapp! Mucho gracias :)

Driver picked us up at HidroElectrica to take us back to Cusco. He was so professional and knew the route like the back of his hand. I was super impressed by how well he drove through the intricate Andes. I would recommend this bus for anyone trying to find a flexible way to get from and to Machu Picchu. Train was way out of budget.

We went from Cusco to Hidroelectrica and back with a bus from your company. Our driver drove very safely and conscientiously. We took enough breaks and he did his job very professionally.

THE DRIVER A DAREDEVIL!!!! I booked the transfer from Hidroelectrica to Cusco with them and the service we got was completely different from what they sell on the website and I personally do not recommend this company.
On the website they claim their vehicles are comfortable, modern, the groups are between 15 and 19 people and they show picture of the white mini bus.
However, we got an old big crappy bus. It was packed with people (I couldn't stay sit without touching the people sat next to me) and super hot.
Not to mention the other passengers were quite rude, putting their dirty feet against the sit or the fact we arrived late because we had to stop for a flat tyre.
If I knew the service would have been like that, I would have never booked with them.
Giving them 2 stars only because in the end we arrived in Cusco and also because generally I'm not a person who complains about these things but it is totally not fair the service you receive is not what they try to sell on the website.

We bought the Vinicunca mountain tour. The bus back and forth were like those on his website. My humble advice, having traveled to Machu Picchu by bus with this company: do yourself a favour and take the train. The buses are small and crammed. The A/C didn't work properly and neither did the rudimentary fan. It took 7 hours and the roads were terrible, lots of construction and unsafe passages. On our way back we asked to be dropped in Ollantaytambo, as it was an option when booking. We were dropped at the side of a dark road, far from the city center, and my friend was almost run over by a car in the dark. I definitely do not recommend. Take the train and save on something else.

The trip was exactly how you would expect and very pleasable. There were two stops for breakfast and even a discount for lunch when reaching destination. Me and my brother got super tired with the walking to aguas calientes and machu picchu and needed to make changes on way back date even with another one they provide. William was very attentious and helpful, making sure to help us on our sudden change of plans. Go with them, they have a good price, and are very professionals.
