Solo trip to Cuyo Chico for a Vivential experience in the TinKuy Community. The views from the village were wonderful. The food simple and flavorful. The people warm and welcoming. The highlights were seeing the methods used over hundreds of years to be self supported as a community, sit around a camp fire and hear of local legends pasted down for many generations and pet a guinea pig.
My guide, Miguel, was very accommodating and his knowledge enhanced my experience.

We had a great Sacred Valley tour with our guide Miguel, who led us through the day with a lot of passion and fun and took excellent care of us. Thanks to him, we learned a lot about the different places, the culture and the history of the Incas. I can only recommend the tour with him!

This was a once in a lifetime experience for me, and it was amazing! Johnny was a great guide that treated us all like family. Him and the cook even baked a cake on my fiancés birthday. Speaking of cake, I ate better on this trip than I do at home. The food and experience was so good from picking us up from our hotel, the driving, gear provided, and history lessons along the trail. I highly recommend.

I purchased a Viator tour for a private guide of Macchu Picchu and they contracted with Ultimate Trekking. Viator sent me the direct phone number to Ultimate Trekking so I called them asking how to go about purchasing the entrance tickets for Machu Picchu. There were so many online to choose from so I needed their advice. They assured me they would purchase our tickets for us and then we would pay them directly on our tour day. I was speaking with Carlos whom I believe was the owner. I called him a few more times before my trip and we even texted several times confirming an 8 am tour and they would have the tickets. Long story short, our tour guide met us at our hotel at 7:40 am with no tickets! By now, it’s too late to get into the ruins site because it was sold out! We had to wait until 10 am to get our tickets to enter but by now Machu Picchu is crowded. We were so upset and angry. We woke very early for this. All and all, our guide Augustus was very apologetic and very kind. He tried to make our day worth while.

Actually, cusco appeared to be safe to walk around at night if tourist safety precautions are properly complied with. That is, you can visit all the locations and more that this tour offers. However, if you want to bring DSLR at night, this is different story.
This tour is one of few night tours in Cusco. We don’t visit much locations during the tour, but the guide is offering good introduction with sense of protection to bring expensive belongings with me on each location.
After the city tour, we visit Pisco sour museum and local restaurant. Pisco sour museum is actually a bar, and you can make your tour own Pisco sour. This is perfect, one precaution to be considered is that Pisco sour is fairly so strong that this will make you drunk quickly. The guide is taking care of us until I return to my hotel. However, if you think that it is not good idea to walk the night street being drunk, you should drink less Pisco sour, or even reconsider this tour.

Incredible views, it is not so easy to go to the top, but there is the option to rent a horse.
Our tour guide Roberto was very nice, and gave us all the time to take pictures.
Along with Machupicchu this is one of the most amazing places is the world.

Wonderful experience with a local Peruvian guide and porters. Challenging for most, but my ten year old made it. The 4 day trek is the way to go, so many ruins to see. The food was really amazing every breakfast lunch and dinner. Beyond expectations really with the food. Tents were well prepared. Very well organized. Great company to choose for this experience.

Some great hikes. The views were amazing, especially the last two days. Food was beyond expectation with lots of authentic food. Guide was really knowledgable about inka culture and explained everything with passion. I would book this tour again.

Amazing trip!!
Best guide with Filio as he was very attentive, told us a lot about his quechua culture and performed a Coca leave ceremony with us. Also special thanks to amazing chef Rosalio catering to all our diets and of curse the hero porters!

We went for the Sacred Valley full day tour using TreXperience in early May 2024. It was myself and my dad on a small group tour. With experiencing something as special as the Sacred Valley, the guide makes all the difference. Miguel Rozas made the experience 5 stars and beyond. He let us know ahead of time all of the instructions for our day and was easy to reach with any questions. He was exactly on our time for our pick up and already full of positivity and warmth to make any group feel comfortable. He explained exactly where we were going next, how much time to the next destination, and what we would need to bring. He has so much passion for the Sacred Valley and it shows, the knowledge he provided was captivating and thorough. If you love history, he is a great counterpart, open to any and all questions. His charisma shown through the whole day, from the start to the end. His English is fantastic, but his warmth and knowledge are what made this tour exceptional. Our driver Giovanni also made the trip so seamless and easy, you don’t have to worry about anything in their hands. I would highly recommend Miguel Rozas as a guide for any of the tours offered, his presence really makes a difference!

*Likely to sell out: Based on Viator’s booking data and information from the provider from the past 30 days, it seems likely this experience will sell out through Viator, a Tripadvisor company.
