We had the best trip ever. Juan Carlos was an excellent guide throughout the beginning of the trip from Lima, through Arequipa to Cuzco The museums, Ruins, Market places, Lake Titicaca and Uros, the floating Islands were amazing. We saw so many amazing sites. The handoff to another guide to take us to and throughout Machu Picchu was seamless and as equally amazing . All the guides used were very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating to all of our needs and wishes. After Machu Picchu, the trip to Madre de Dios was a superb ending to our two weeks in Peru. All the hotels were of excellent quality. The suggestions were great and appreciated. I recommend this company with the highest regard. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Beautiful city, full of history. Safe for long walkings. Rich heritage. Plan for 4-7 days so you can visit Machu Picchu and Lake Titicacca. 4 hours train Perú Rail to Aguas Calientes.

We booked a 6-day trip from Cusco, to the Sacred Valley, to Machu Picchu, and back to Cusco. It was exceptional! Our guide, Silvio, was great. He gave us lots of history and customized the tour for our different members. Sol oversaw logistics and had us to our destinations as planned. She made sure we always knew how to reach her. She even called our driver once to check in with us and speak to me because our driver picked us up from the train station by himself and didn't speak English. Of course there was never anything to worry about. Our drive was impressive and we adored him too. Unfortunately I can't recall his name. But he was always ready on time and got us everywhere safely in a country where the driving can be a bit hectic at times.
We loved the itinerary! We stayed at all Belmond properties and they were exceptional. Can't say enough about this travel company and our experience.
I will note that the communication leading up to the trip was a bit less than I've come to expect from US travel companies. But there was absolutely nothing to worry about! I only write this to calm any concerns folks might have about using a company in another country. Wiring money to Peru was also a bit of a concern. Again, there was absolutely nothing to worry about. We received everything as promised and all logistics were planned for. Any fears about this were completely unfounded. The company is professional and exceptional!
We will absolutely use them again when traveling to South America!

My wife and me planned an itinerary with Deslie. After a month of planning together, suddenly Michael changed her. After planing a one month itinerary in all PERU, and a lot of hard work with this agency (two months total!), suddenly Carlota appears, and decided that a north region of the tour is not serviced by this agency anymore, and tried to throw us to other agencies, thus all the hard work was lost (hotel names, price, dates, and etc). We tried to talk to other sales managers of this agency but none responded us. So we were forced to look after other agencies and to start over the planning, but now short in time because of Macchu Picchu tickets and etc.
An agency can not change (even before paying) suddenly, after investing such amount of hard work. I suppose that the agency change was planned some time before, and clients must be informed enough time beforehand.
Do not take tours from this agency! It is a waste of time!

The itinerary was perfect. I got to see all of the things I had wanted to see and met some amazing people. I made new friends on the trip that I am still in touch with and will continue to be friends with for life! The hotel they booked for me was perfect. I stayed at the Casa Andina and it was charming, comfortable, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Visiting the ruins in Cusco and Machu Picchu were top of my bucket list and I could not have been happier with my experience. I have been telling everyone to use Cusco Peru Travel! They made sure I knew all of my options and that I had my ticket secured for Huyana Picchu in advance (since they are limited). They took all of my worry out of the trip. I cannot thank them enough! Thank you again!!

We have just finished 4 days tour organise by Cusco Peru travel to machu picchu and sacred valley , it was a Very well organised tour company from day 1 we started our communication with ELLA , the tour was arranged accordingly to what we need from airport pick up , sight seeing , train transfer from hotel etc. On the last day we requested some changes to our itinenary for another sight seeeing and SOL our tour organiser immediately arrange for it . It was a breeze having CPT to arrange the tour for us. It is true having a organise tour will be more expensive than having all arrange by ourself but sure we will be missing some facts and experience plus the important fact you know you will be in good hands. All the guide and driver provided for my 4 days was very professional and respectful. Hope to use your service 1 day again.Adios Amigo.

Every person on the team made our day unforgettable and could not be more lovely. The day was like clockwork. Such a well run service. Every person and every aspect (train ride) contribute to our incredible day at Machu Picchu. Peter gave us so much information we think he was amazing. Could not be more thankful!

Several months ago we (party of 3) decided to travel to Peru and stumbled across this company. WOW ! what a lucky break for us. All email communication with the agents working for this company was prompt and professional. Our 3 day jungle trip was AMAZING and so was our transfer, arrival and pickup at Cusco airport. Upon arrival things went suddenly wrong for one of us (extreme and immediate altitude sickness) and the focus for us and our tour agent, SOL, quickly changed from getting us transported and settled into the Sacred Valley to getting medical assistance. Some companies might have abandoned us but not this team of PROFESSIONALS. Two of us were able to continue with part of the itinerary that had been planned (while the other person recovered in the hospital) and this company provided us with the best tour guides and drivers one could ask for.
The team TOOK CARE OF US AND OUR SICK PERSON and re-arranged the itinerary without hesitation. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE HAD CUSCO PERU and their agent, SOL, AT OUR SIDE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. Hopefully you won't need the kind of service we needed. To all...enjoy your adventure with CUSCO PERU.

We booked our travel with Cusco Peru travel and are extremely satisfied with the service. From initial contact through the end of travel everyone we interacted with was simply awesome. Trip planning and execution was great. We did the one day Machu Pichu hike and the rainforest along with the sacred valley tour and all the arrangements were fantastic. They know Peru as this is a local travel agency and we had a great time. We spent 7 days there and wished we had a couple extra days as there is much to do in Peru.

My wife and I travelled to Peru to visit Machu Picchu for her birthday. We arranged travel through Cusco Peru travel and it was seamless from start to finish. They were very responsive via email when arranging the travel, and were very open to making changes to suit our requests. We did a 10 day tour, starting Lima, 4 days in Puerto Maldonado (Jungle lodge - an unexpected highlight!) and then on to sacred valley/cusco/machu picchu.
From arrival to departure it was so easy - we were met at every point with English speaking tour guides/travel agents and "Sol" who looked after us kept in touch with us throughout the tour via whats app - checking in that all was going to plan and to our liking. At one point there was a strike occurring in Cusco and we could get back into the city - to combat this Sol arranged a hotel close by for us to rest/shower etc until the roads reopened to Cusco - this unexpected strike situation was handled seamlessly. Thank you Sol.
The hotels are high end (at times I question whether they needed to be this good - but this is up to everyone's individual choice). The tour guides we were provided were excellent and very knowledgeable. We like to experience local culture on our holidays, and at times it felt like we rushed through some of the more lively areas in Sacred Valley to get to the nice hotel - so I would suggest either staying closer to the touristy areas if you like a bit more culture, rather than staying in beautiful luxury out of the town.
I highly recommend using Cusco Travel. It was really easy, we were looked after at all times, and we got everything out of the tour in Peru that we could have hoped for.
