We’ve made 2 tours with the company and the trip to the hidroelectrica. The tours were good but not excellent.
Reasons: first they don’t tell us that the real name of the agency is Inkarry, the staffs and vans use this name. In the first day they asked us to be at the agency at 8:20am, and then somebody just met us there and we walked to the square to wait for the rest of the group that was coming by van. So in the next day we asked them to pick up us at the hostel too. Somebody did it, but we had to walk around 10 minutes to catch the bus. The guide in this day of the Sacred Valley was so irritating, and he also didn’t gave us enough time to get to know the important touristic points. On the other hand, we have made some stops in the communities in order to buy things, and there we had much time!! I mean, they are just interested in selling you their stuff! At the end of the tour, they just stopped somewhere so far from downtown and everybody got to take a taxi.
The trip to Machu Picchu was okay, the driver was good, however they don’t have much commitment with the passengers and we had to wait them for more than a hour.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, the bus was comfy, the guide was fantastic and the lunch surprisingly delicious and veggie friendly. Recommended for the Rainbow Mountain / Vinicunca tour.

We were looking for a tailored trip in the Sacred Valley, combining horse ridding, a couple of Inca site visits and travelling from Cusco to Ollantaytambo.
Javier and Katya (the owner) kindly organised driving and horse ridding as a private tour.
The horse ridding was the highlight of our trip. We rode for 5 hours in the mountains surrounded by amazing views. Then the car picked us up and we went to Chinchero, the Salineres and Moray. We finished our trip in Ollantaytambo.
I fully recommend this travel agent and the horse ridding from Cusco to Chinchero.
